I tend to be dehydrated continually as I don't drink as much as I should even though I know better! I started this product on 7/9 at the recommendation of my cousin. I was drinking my ketones, but I find the pill much more convenient and WAY more affordable. Okay, so I have started a low carb diet and this is not my first rodeo so I know to expect the impending Keto Flu. I've suffered from low electrolytes on and off while on keto for some time, and I mean YEARS. I've been on the lifestyle for atleast two years and was wondering why I was so tired all the time and realized that I wasn't keeping up with my electrolyte balance. I'll definitely be ordering these again, the ingredients are high quality, in high amounts (essential on keto since water retention is difficult!), and the seller is very communicative.

I’m not real sure if this product is working for me. I have been on the carnivore diet for the last 6 weeks. After my 2nd week I started getting muscle spasms in my chest and legs. After researching I realized I needed electrolytes. After 2 weeks of everyday use I was still getting the same spasms as before. So as much as I had confidence in ordering this product I will have to search for another supplement unfortunately.
