Hydrocollator Heating Element 1000W 120V

What is the warranty on these elements? Literally lasting less than 2 years

I contacted someone else who sid they had it instock but did not have it. HOw long will it take to get to deer park, ny?

If I have burned out my element and thermostat, do I have to replace thermostat as well? Do most people have to replace both?
