these pants are hilarious
First off, I've decided to keep these. I need them for a trip I'm taking in a few weeks to Iceland. I'm going to be doing some photography, so I need something comfortable with extra pockets. I'm slim but not skinny, about 5'9", 170-175 pounds and 48 years old. And I'm a 31" waist. With those specs, it's tough to find well-fitting camping/hiking pants at an reasonable price (there's no way in heck I'm spending $90-$170 on some REI, Columbia, LL Bean, Kuhl, or Patagonia nonsense). Most everything is either yoga-pant tight or baggy enough to do some shoplifting at your local kitchen appliance store. So these were better than most I've seen, although they're a little baggy in the calves and thighs and don't feel that "tactical" (I ordered size 32, which for some reason is the smallest they have. What makes them hilarious is that they look exactly yet nothing like the pictures on Amazon. I ordered Color: #002-grey. These are definitely the pants in the picture, but the picture tells you only so much. For one thing, it's hard to see in the Amazon pix, but ALL of the pockets and a lot of the seams are at funny diagonals. If, like me, you spent a alot of your teen and young adult years wearing those old boxy army surplus fatigues, these "tactical" britches will seem like the Pentagon had hired a team of clothing designers freshly graduated out of fashion institute. And honestly? they didn't do a bad job. The funky angles kinda spruce the pants up a bit and might even catch eyes. I've definitely seen worse things come down a fahsion show runway. So, yeah, I like them. But I don't really get into the whole paramilitary thing that's popular with the tactical pant consumer base. I'm just out here walking through the brush with a camera and a bunch of lenses and whatnot. If the whole militia thing is your bag, these trousers might be a bit fashion-forward.PS: I ordered "grey" and I'm pretty certain that what I got was more a purple-toned slate. On that the Amazon pictures definitely were misleading. It's not a *bright* purple, but wearing anything besides black or brown with it will make it look pretty purple. If you wear a green top, you'll look like the Joker.

Everything's too small
First, the size is actually smaller than what is on the pants. I wear 34x32 and that is the size that is on the tag, but they are MUCH smaller in the waistband and inseam. The belt loops are practically send shut and they are too small for a tactical bet anyway. The pocket openings are unbelievably small, when worn my hand could barely fit into the pockets. The left rear internal (2nd) wallet pocket can barely accommodate 4 fingers, a wallet would never fit. This is all too bad because the pants look great, feels good to the touch and they are reasonably priced. A bit more attention to detail during manufacturing could potentially make this a great buy. The attached pictures provide greater detail.

Good Fit - Clean Easily
These are fantastic cargo pants, as most of the pockets are somewhat covert. These have a great fit, and wash very easy. I kneel in these in dirt, still no wear, or discoloration. Would buy again.

Good pants
For reference, I am 5'6" tall, 140 pounds and I bought the "size 30." The waist fits me well, and with the elastic I don't need a belt. As you can see in my pics, they are a little long on me. I wouldn't call them water resistant at all, they just absorb water. The ripstop fabric is tough and they have good breathability. I wear them in 90 degree days and they are comfortable. I think they are a good deal at this price.

Flare out bottoms. Ugh
Not at all what I wanted. I bought these because a friend on mine had a pair and I like his pockets. But his are tapered like they look in the picture. Mine are practically Bell bottoms. Ugh. And they hold lint And look dirty to minutes after putting them on. His fabric was smoother almost synthetic. I really wanted to return them but I'm away from home and it wasn't worth the trouble.

Don't listen to the bad reviews
I ordered these pants after I ordered another brand and they never made it to my home. I read through the comments here and saw quite a few negative ones. I took a chance and boy am I happy I took the chance.Pros: Excellent durability. I've already put my pair through a rigorous ruck march, a few trips to the range and perhaps the most important of all, I skill dragged myself across my property in these to ensure the quality and durability of the pant. I have had no issue, the pockets are well made. I am a HUGE fan of zippered pockets on the front cargo area.Cons: The back pockets have velcro enclosure. I personally dont like that, but other might. So this con is totally subjective. If you are wearing these for warmth, you will need to wear some sort of base layer underneath. These pants are made for hot weather. But I am confident in saying that you will not need a base layer until it is below freezing temperatures. In closing, these are a high quality, very comfortable pair of pant. The cut is athletic and leaves room for running in them if the situation arises. Not much sagging anywhere on the pant.

Mostly waterproof.
Mostly waterproof pants! The khaki pants have a tactical, yet professional look to them. They are Made with a matterial that is splash resistant but not fully waterproof. The sizing is almost spot on, i usuay wear 32x32 wich fit me in this size but they are slightly tighter around the legs, they are still a good fit though! Would recommend.

Not bad, was expecting worse
Better than I expected considering the price. I was expecting a total bust, but I liked the style so I ordered. I lucked out because they fit. I’m a 32-33 waist, went with a 34/32 and I’m totally happy with how the pants looks. I can’t comment on how comfortable they are yet. I have not worn them for a full day yet. They seem to not stretch as I expected. I do wish the bottoms where slightly wider but it’s really not that bad at all. I’ll follow up on comfort and quality if I notice or have any further comments.
