I bring chola and paneer in this lunch and it can't leak. Plastic is harmfull can't good for hot food. But this can't harm you. There is enough space for about 4to 7 chapati and more than one hand sabji

The box is classy and sturdy but it is not meant for an adult lunch box .. for an adult it is too small (600ml) ..it's ok for a child to use as a lunch box and to carry snacks for an adult .

Despite hearing that it was of good quality from most people, I regret purchasing it. I would not recommend buying this.
