I have never been a firts reviewer but felt I had to jump in on this excellent lense. I have shot using Nikon glass costing thousands of dollars and expect a higher level of quality from the gear I buy. This lens meets that standard.My first use impression is that it is well worth the $69 I paid. First, the lens has no edge distortion when shooting flat subjects. Lines are straight edge to edge. Second, like all macro lenses, I can get much closer to my subjects than with the Macro mode on my Moto G5s Plus camera. This means that I capture more detail in smaller subjects. Third, I couldn't find any color fringing/chromatic aberration. Fourth, contrast was excellent. The lense designers did their job well!Another nice feature of this lens is that it comes with a screw off light modifier which can be uesd to achieve softer or more even lighting. Speaking of lighting, as with macro photography in general, you will want to bring a small light, such as a flashlight along to side-light your subject because getting your phone within an inch of the subject will block much of the ambient light if you are in a situation where the lighting is dim to start with.The universal clip has a longer reach than other clip-on lenses I have tried giving me enough to ensure the lense is centered on my particular phone's camere. And yes, this does work with the Moto G5s Plus dual camera phone I have because it does not use the second lense in macro mode.The only minor thing you will need to be careful of is that it is fairly easy to rotate the lens from the clip-on adapter. I have no problem with this but I can see it coming loose if you toss the phone with the lense attached into a bag or pocket. It shouldn't come loose under normal use, though.I highly recommend this lense if you want to capture the highest quality macro images. I have tried the less expensive ones and this one greatly surpasses them in image quality. Remember, with lenses you get what you pay for!

I compared this lens to others such as the Xenvo macro lens, and I have found its image quality to be superior. Most clip-on macro lenses have only a single lens element, which introduces a lot of distortion into photos. This cannot be avoided unless you purchase a multi-element lens such as the SIRUI. I am attaching two photos of my Mac keyboard to illustrate the difference in image quality due to the superior optics of the SIRUI lens. I took these photos with the macro lenses simply clipped onto my iPhone.

I have tried out two of the three lenses in this unique kit, the telephoto, and the wide angle. Both worked well with my iphone, while using the Moment cell phone case to hold the lenses. These lenses fit the Moment case with no problems. This is a great way to expand the capabilities of your phone camera if you don't have a model with wide angle or telephoto capability. It really helps to use the Moment camera app, which is available on-line, because it has settings for each of these lenses to make the phone adjust to the lens you are using. The carry case is high quality, and has a carabiner clip to hold it to your belt.All this being said, I wound up returning this item because the weight and bulk of the carry case turned out to be greater than I anticipated. It is as large or larger than carrying a small digital camera, which has better picture quality and more capabilities than the cell phone camera, so I decided to simply carry a more capable camera instead of these lenses. For users that do not expect to use anything other than their cell phone camera, and have cell cameras without wide angle, telephoto, or macro capabilities, these lenses are a great way to enhance your photography.

great quality lens which fits on the Moment M-Series (newest) cases.

After trying out some cheap fish eye lenses on my phone i realized that paying extra for some good lenses makes a difference. The cheap ones made my pictures look warped and the vignetting was the worst.

Product did not work.

Where should I start? I was very excited to get this lenses so I can use it with my Samsung Galaxy Note 9. After reading many reviews and watching youtube videos, I ended up buying these lenses over the Moment Lenses because not only they were at a fraction of a price, but they also had better picture quality. I was convinced I was doing an excellent choice of selecting these over the Moment Lenses. Boy was I wrong.... These lenses uses the same attachment mechanism as the moment lenses, so I decided to get the Moment case rather than using the Sirui mounting clip. It was a perfect fit. When I opened the camera app I immediately noticed there was vignetting in all 4 corners of the image. This was supposed to be a perfect fit and work perfectly with my Moment Case. I decided to try them with the mounting clip it brought and it was the same issue , maybe even worse. I have come to the conclusion this may only work if Im not using a case which to me is pretty much useless. I tried the fisheye lens and the macro lens and the macro lens was the best of the 3.

Ich habe mir vor einigen Jahren von Sirui das Tele und das Makro Objektiv gekauft, da ich die Möglichkeiten meiner Smartphone Kamera erweitern wollte.Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und einwandfrei.Beide Objektive waren gut und wertig verarbeitet und somit von guter Qualität.Die Idee bei diesen Vorsatz Objektiven ist in der Theorie gut aber in der Praxis nur bedingt sinnvoll.Und heute (2023) lasen sich diese Objektive an modernen Smartphones gar nicht mehr sinnvoll nutzen.Die Befestigung mit diesen Bügel Clips ist eher wackelig und die Objektive verrutschen schnell.Wenn sie verrutschen, dann stören sie die anderen Objektive beim Smartphone und die Kamera App meckert dann.Es gibt von einigen Anbietern, wie z.B. Smallrig oder Moment passende spezielle Video-Rigs als Rahmen/Hülle für bestimmte IPhones, die eine Art Bajonett haben, mit denen diese Objekte sicher befestigt werden können. Die sind aber relativ teuer.Damit könnte man theoretisch diese Objektive gut benutzen, was aber Stand 2023 nicht mehr geht.Warum?Nun, als ich diese Objektive in 2018/2019 gekauft hatte, nutzte ich diese an einem damals aktuellen Huawei Smartphone mir 3 Kameras, die unabhängig voneinander nutzbar waren.Jetzt nutze ich ein aktuelles IPhone Pro und dessen 3 Kameras werden tatsächlich von der Kamera App alle gleichzeitig genutzt, egal, mit welchen Objektiv man aktuell fotografieren will, da die Daten miteinander verrechnet werden.Wenn ich also so ein Vorsatz Objektiv z.B. vor die Hauptkamera setzte, dann sehe ich einen Teil des Objektivs im Bild. Und das gilt für die Weitwinkel, Hauptkamera und Telekamera.Immer wird das Vorsatzobjektiv einen Teil des Bildes verdecken.Durch diese geänderte Nutzung der 3 Kameras kann man diese Vorsatz Objektive bei aktuellen IPhones nicht mehr verwenden.Wie das bei Samsung oder Sony ist weiß ich nicht, aber es wird da wohl ähnlich ablaufen.Diese Vorsatz Objektive sind daher heute leider nicht mehr verwendbar, was eigentlich schade ist, aber das ist der Preis für den technischen Fortschritt bei den modernen Kamera App.Man muss natürlich betonen, das dies nicht ein Fehler vom Produkt ist oder ein Versäumnis vom Hersteller selbst. Die Linsen sind technisch und optisch auf hohen Niveau, aber heute leider nur noch Deko Objekte ohne sinnvolle Funktion für alle Nutzer von modernen Smartphones.
