Dermadry Total Iontophoresis Machine – Hands, Feet & Underarms Hyperhidrosis Treatment – FDA-Cleared Sweat Control

I have hyperhidrosis issue which is a tremendous problem in my day-to-day problem. I have tried antiperspirant and none of them worked effectively. When i read about this product, i wanted to try and finally ordered it. At present, I'm taking 5 to 6 sessions per week. I can now bear 15Mah for my hands and 17 for my feet. I am using it from past 2 weeks and I can see vast difference. My hands and feet do not sweat even after doing intense workout. I am thrilled with the product and I would definitely recommend this to those who are having the same issue as i have.

I’ve been using Dermadry since July 2021 to manage hyperhidrosis on my feet, and my daughter uses it for her hands. We've both found it to be incredibly effective in controlling sweating in the treated areas. The device itself is very easy to use, and the fact that it plugs into the mains is a huge advantage compared to other battery-operated devices I’ve tried in the past, which can be expensive. I especially appreciate that I only need 20 minutes per session to treat my feet, and I don’t have to switch electrodes during the treatment. When I begin my treatments in the spring, I do 14 consecutive sessions, and by the end of the 14th session, my feet are sweat-free. After that, I follow a maintenance schedule of two sessions per week to keep my feet dry until the colder months of November and winter. Recently, I contacted customer service when one of my cables broke, and they were very helpful, replacing the cable free of charge within a week. Now that my daughter has moved out, we’ll be purchasing a second machine. I would highly recommend Dermadry to anyone struggling with hyperhidrosis.

For someone who had life time severe hyperhidrosis from early teens I only wish I knew about this device earlier! It certainly works however you need to be very patient and persistent. Depending on the severity of your sweating it will take 5-6 weeks of at least 5 day treatments per week to see results. Your tolerance of the electric pulses on your hands/feet/armpits will also increase as it’s quite scary and daunting when first starting off, however you can adjust the voltage settings to stay more comfortable during treatments. Please note, the lower the voltage the longer it will take for the treatment to work. It will also make your sweating much worse before it gets better so don’t be disheartened. Any specific questions, ask the Dermadry customer service which is the best customer service for any consumer product I’ve come across. I bought this machine for around half the price in 2021 and it was worth every penny. Would I buy now for nearly £500 - yes, however I do feel the price increase is rather disproportional to the original price only 2 and a half years ago. However, for what it does and gets you pretty much sweat free it’s still totally worth it. As I have severe hyperhydrosis my armpits and hands do occasionally get a little sweaty but no where near the levels before the treatment. I’d say I’m 90% less sweaty which would be around how much someone would sweat without this uncomfortable condition.

The machine stopped working and I had to jump through hoops to attempt to get a refund. I never got a refund.

Really happy with the purchase. My hands/feet are really dry now. I can shake hands and wear sandals 🙂 The only bad think is that you need to stick on it otherwise you will see a bit of sweat appear again.

I always buy a Dermadry machine. My last one lasted 5 years. This machine works wonders it's been a life saver.

I would not hesitate to recommend this product. In my view it is well worth the money. Two weeks ago I was beset by sweaty palms, shaking hands at an important business meeting. After only five treatments on a moderate setting, my palms are dry all day - to my surprise and amusement I today finished a "hot yoga" glass and found that, after one hour with my brow sweating fiercely from exercise, my palms and feet were bone dry. If you have likewise suffered this somewhat annoying and quite socially embarrassing condition I would urge you to give it a try. So far so good for me.

My son can now read a book without the pages sticking to his hands. He’s tried all the anti-perspirants with no joy. This was expensive but recommended by the dermatologist. Not a complete cure but an improvement that will be life changing for a young adult

Having struggled all my life with sweaty feet and armpits, I would never wear colors or would always end up with smelly feet. I'm sure that most people with my problems can attest it is very unpleasant and makes you feel self-concious. This morning, I woke up not even thinking about my feet because there were dry. It had never happened to me. I was overjoyed. I couldn't believe it. I also noticed myself wearing back my old colourful tees I had sworn off. Dermadry has changed my life. Yes, it might be a little time-consuming (35 minutes in total for me), but I would never trade this feeling. THE FEELING OF BEING DRY. It is truly priceless. I would 100% recommend spending the money on the machine. It brought me back my self-esteem.

Cet appareil a littéralement changé ma vie. Je n'y croyais pas, je pensais que la chirurgie était la seule solution (avec tous les effets secondaires qui vont avec). Je mets la puissance maximum (25A durant 2x20 minutes tous les jours au début et 2j Off). En 3 semaines, je n'avais plus aucune sudation palmaire. Pourtant celle-ci était excessive et je ne pouvais serrer la main de personne, abimais le volant de ma voiture, mon telephone etait tout le temps moite, mes poches de pantalon sales etc... Aujourd'hui cela fait 4 mois, tout est stable, mes mains sont absolument sèches même durant des efforts ou forte chaleur. J'utilise l'appareil 2/3 fois par semaine durant 40min voir 1h. Si vous doutez à cause du prix, foncez, c'est plus rentable que de nombreuses séances chez le dermatologue et vous pouvez l'emporter partout avec la malette incluse. En plus de ça, vous effacez nombre de soucis "sociaux". Je le racheterai sans souci si cela était à refaire.
