Amazingly comfortable, has a few cons.
I bought the Comply T-400 Isolation series for my SoundMAGIC E10S earphones in May, 2016. Received 3 pairs of ear tips in the box, in a nice pill-dispenser-esque package. Nice build quality from the looks of it.After using all 3 of the included eartips over the course of the last 4 months (and tracked the durability of each in the process). Here's how long it took each pair to wear out:First pair:Start: May 10th, 2016End: June 22nd, 2016Duration: 43 days.Second pair:Start: June 22nd, 2016End: August 13th, 2016Duration: 52 days. (Not sure why, probably because of rain getting into the tips.)Third pair:Start: August 13th, 2016End: September 22nd, 2016 (still in use, but parts of the foam have started peeling)Duration: 41 days and counting. Here's the breakdown:Pros:* Really, really, REALLY comfortable. I wore them for over 10 hours at some point, and absolutely no discomfort. I mean zero. I forgot they were in my ears.* Seal was better than stock, or anything else I've tested so far. So much better than the stock tips that come with the earphones. That's what you get for buying something made by someone who knows their stuff and has worked at 3M for almost 2 decades with the same material.Don't get me wrong, the entire experience can't be put into words for those who listen to music on the move, a LOT of music. I listen to music almost all the time.Cons:* Build quality, excellent yet fragile: The tips are somewhat fragile, as seen by their survival rate above. Installation almost gave me a scare, but it was fine at that point. Do NOT compress the tips before inserting them into your ears like the manufacturer/videos out there recommend. Even normally, the seal is nice.* Price: These things aren't cheap. Not one bit. Especially for a recurring investment. You'll be parting with over one thousand bucks every few months just to have a great listening experience.Nothing else to take away. The product lives up to the name, but burns out a little too quickly for my liking.I'll be buying these every time I need to myself, but the decision would fall to you to make, if the investment is worth the comfort in the long run for you.

Everything that you would expect and then some more!
I first came to know about comply foam tips when I had purchased a pair of Audio-Technica's ATH CKX9iS. I got a free pair of comply sport foam tips. Being a new user, these tips wore out pretty quickly.New users, beware, comply foam tips are very fragile so always start with the sport tips as they are the most rugged and prone to wear. One reviewer has recommended not to press the tips before inserting, as it is shown in the official how-to-use video, I would say pressing the tips really helps, especially if you have small ears like me. Take care while pressing though, do it lightly, don't apply too much pressure. (Just like rolling a cig)Anyway, about the comply isolation tips, external sound is quite noticably reduced. The fit is very very VERY secure! These tips are kind of sticky to touch so this ensures a 100% satisfied fit; I know I'm not the only one who gets irritated when one earphone just doesn't fit as snugly as the other one.The comfort level is off the charts! I know it is not healthy to use earphones for very long durations, but I just can't help it, they're so soft! Even after having these on for 6+ hours, no discomfort or fatigue whatsoever.Cons-1. These tips are wax magnets. Your ears NEED to be spotlessly clean. Wax spoils these tips very quickly.2. Don't use these tips for workouts. They tend to wear out faster due to the sweat.Oh and lastly, DO NOT share your earphones if you use comply foam tips. Just trust me on this one.

totally worth it
Got this T500 isolation foam for my ie80 iem.I have been listening to my ie80 with the provided eartips for nearly two year. And my experience was whenever the fit and isolation was proper with the default eartips, the clarity increases along with lower volume required and best bass experience. But default eartips are unable to maintain the proper fit for long time maximum for 10 min. and even that fit was not as good, and i realised that after listening with these comply eartips. The difference was like night and day and isolation is complete. It's like i had never realised my ie80 iem full potential till i got this eartips. I am jumping with joy with the difference in sound quality i got. If you have expensive iem like mine then shell out a few more bucks on these eartips they are totally worth it for the price. And they stay in there place and lot more comfortable.PS- Never going back to the default eartips.

Good but pricey and doesn't last too long.
Awesome after market buds but they don't last long. For the price it almost not worth it.

As good as it should be
Using almost more than 3 months. As good as it should be..Bass transforms to different level and noise isolation is very good too. External sound during travelling by bus or train gets diminished so well. Listening comfort is another big thing. No more hitch for long time use.
