I’ve been struggling with staying hydrated and getting sick a lot in this cold season so I tried this product. I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks now and have felt a lot more hydrated and I feel like my skin looks a lot nicer too! I put a very small squeeze into my coffee in the morning and filtered water once or twice a day. There might be a slight taste but I think I might just be placebo because I know it’s in there. I still think it tastes better than just regular tap water though and I don’t taste it in coffee at all.

Love these products from Buoy! I've gotten the Brain Health, the Immunity boost, the Digestion drops, and the plain Hydration (all directly from their website - it's way more affordable and their subscription service is super easy to customize and change) and they're all fantastic. You can taste just a trace of the minerals and it makes my water taste better! I add it to my coffee and tea, too. Definitely a fan!

No taste which is good for me

This kept my electrolytes in check, when I had the flu. It has a little metallic taste, but I can't have any fake or real sugar, so it works for me. I added it to almond milk and chicken soup or broth which conceal the taste. No stomach issues either.

If I could give no stars I would. The drops are unflavored but have both a very strong smell & taste of minerals as if you were drinking actual dirt! The water doesn’t look different but it is horribly altered. One taste several ounces gave stomach cramp in 4 mins- hate to think of entire bottle. I’ll stick with Liquid IV packets in cotton candy. Read the reviews all the way through-the AI is picking up buzz words & giving check marks as if it were yeah but in reality is opposite. I had to reword this review 3 times to avoid triggering buzz word check marks that could be misleading to people searching the product!

These truly don't change the flavor or viscosity of whatever beverage you put them in. So they're a good option for me when my migraine nausea can't tolerate anything but plain water. I just don't find them as effective as other electrolytes on the market in treating my POTS. So they're better than nothing when I'm too sick for the flavors in the stronger formulas, but they're not effective enough to become my daily go to POTS treatment.

Years ago I started drinking Pedialyte to prevent and ease the symptoms of hangovers. I switched to off-brand electrolyte packets, but found that both have insane amounts of sugar. On an upcoming trip to Miami, I stumbled across Buoy and was intrigued by the fact that it offered electrolytes without added sugar. Fast forward to our first night in Miami. I couldn’t find my Buoy, it was lost in my luggage somewhere. I went about the night enjoying my fair share of adult beverages, attempting to drink enough water but you know how that goes. Of course, I was feeling pretty terrible the next morning. Luckily I found the Buoy, and I squirted a small amount in my water throughout the day. When the sun went down and we embarked on our second night out, I mixed a tiny amount of Buoy in almost every cocktail I drank. It was so convenient to be able to pop it in my purse where it barely took up any space. When we got back to our room finished the night with a water bottle with another squirt before passing out. I just woke up, feeling absolutely prime despite a night of drinking, dancing, and sweating in the Miami heat and humidity, which prompted me to write this review. No headache, no fatigue, absolutely no hangover symptoms. This stuff works! As far as taste goes, it was undetectable when mixed with alcoholic beverages. One serving in a standard bottled water did warrant a taste, but I actually kind of like it. It’s definitely not too obtrusive and TOTALLY worth the benefits. I will definitely continue to purchase this product and make sure I always have some on hand. This is a must have for party vacations when you don’t want to spend the entire morning feeling like a pile of poop, and compared to a 5-7 dollar Pedialyte or a box of electrolyte packets which runs anywhere from $10-$20, the value is unmatched. Thanks Buoy, you’ve earned yourself a lifelong customer.

After coming across these on Amazon, I have to say I'm extremely satisfied with the quality, functionality and positive health benefits of Buoy! As I'm consistently on-the-go for my line of work, I don't always have the time or convenience to purchase healthy drinks and even when I do, most of them are high in sugar and contain crappy ingredients. Buoy has made it SO easy to recharge my body with ANY drink I have.
