TFSeven 2Pcs High Capacity Rechargeable Lithium Ion Replacement Battery Compatible for Sony Playstation Lite PSP1000 Series PSP-110

This review is for the TFSeven 2Pcs replacement battery model PSP-110. (Not to be confused with the carelessly named PSP-S110 for the 2000-3000 series PSPs). These batteries were tested against a Sony PSP Model 1001.As you can see from my uploaded photos, these batteries have noticeable fitment issues when placed inside of the PSP-1001. The upper and lower portions of these batteries are slightly wider than OEM, with the upper portion having the most significant difference in width. It takes a considerable amount of pressure to get the battery cover to close once a TFSeven battery is inserted. Once closed, the battery cover feels as if it may pop loose during normal gameplay usage.On the positive side, both batteries arrived with a charge between 60-70%. This allowed me to upgrade the firmware of my old PSP right away, something I was unable to do without a functioning battery. Once fully charged, the PSP identified battery life at approximately seven (7) hours, although I question the accuracy of that claim since the PSP had been otherwise unused for years prior to my ownership. It should also be noted that the UMD drive on my PSP does not function, necessitating the storage and use of games from a memory card. I suspect running games from a memory card instead of a UMD could positively affect battery life estimates. My Memory Card is an official Sony 4GB Memory Stick Pro Duo in case that is relevant.The two batteries I received feel solid. No rattling or loose internal parts on either battery. I've only just received these batteries 24 hours before writing this review so I don't yet have feedback regarding longevity.I bought these batteries off the recommendations from Amazon reviews (and another from Reddit). Needless to say, I now believe most of the positive reviews left for these PSP-110 batteries are fake reviews. It takes five seconds to realize that these batteries are not an accurate reproduction yet many of the existing reviews overlook this issue.That said, these batteries ultimately do work but will require you to compromise your expectations for fitment. Unless Sony decides to once again start selling PSP batteries, options like these are a necessary evil.

The battery life is really not that great. I charge it for 2 hours and battery only last 40 minutes. I noticed that sometimes the battery gets really hot. But if I’m going on a trip I’ll charge both batteries before leaving.

I ordered these batteries last week and when I tried to place them in my PSP they don't fit right. I had to force the battery cover on for it to stay on.The first battery doesn't even have a charge and my PSP would not turn on even with the charging cable connected.I am disappointed with this product and tried the second battery. Same tight fit but at least had a charge that allowed my PSP to work. So far it seems to be charging. I will not suggest anyone purchasing this brand of batteries and try to find GENUINE OEM batteries.I will try to give update on the battery that is charging. If works i may give this product another star on this review.

Ordered these to replace the original batteries for my son's PSP, and they actually works great. I've been using it only for 3 days now. So will update. If necessary.

Worked as a drop in replacement for my bloated, 10+ year old PSP battery. Only powered up the unit for a few minutes, so I can’t speak to battery life.

The batteries came packaged well, and seem to last for at least a couple hours. I don't have any complaints. They fit perfectly in my US PSP-1001.

Battery works, charges good and keeps charge for a decent amount of time, currently have one on a PSP 2000 and one in a PSP 3000

Work perfectly on my old psp1000. Renewed fun!!!! Holds a charge and works great. Can recommend. Plus. You get Two for a great price.
