SWOLF Medical Compression Pantyhose Women Men 20-30 mmHg Edema Varicose Veins

I've worn 30-40 compression for years but wanted something I could comfortably wear under work clothes without any roll-down so bought these 20-30 full pantyhose style instead. Am VERY pleased. The only thing - DON'T size up as recommended for those whose measurements fall between sizes. I sized up and wish I'd got L instead of XL. They are firm around legs but not tight on torso - this is to be expected if you are familiar with compression and have thick legs, lipedema or lymphedema, BUT I could easily go down a size so will also order a smaller pair. I am keeping the XLs as they're really comfortable, long, and a true black opaque. The hose seem well made, and are strong compression fabric. Note: they are made for leg support, not torso (like most compression hose), so do not expect torso to be as tight fitting as the legs. Thank you!

These work great for me. Yes, they are a little uncomfortable at first and towards the end of the day, but that's par for the course with compression wear. They are a little difficult to get on, especially over the feet/heels, but once you have them on, they aren't too difficult to pull up and down as needed. They are also difficult to get off, again especially around the feet/ankles, but it's not impossible, just tricky. The fabric is smooth and breathable. The compression is what I was looking for, and most of the time, I forget I have them on. I wear them for Dysautonomia/POTS, and they really do help with blood pressure/blood pooling, so if you need compression for those issues, these are a good choice.

Really wanted to like this product and find an affordable option to the very expensive name brands. However, while the leg knit was adequate for compression (20-30) and sizing, the brief was poorly constructed and ran with the first donning, even when using compression stocking gloves. The stitching is so tight in the brief that once you've made your way up the leg, there is no "give" to get the brief comfortably situated. The seams in the brief cut off my circulation by being too tight and not allowing for proper fit. The brief needs to be changed. These might work for people who are very thin in the hips, but for an average or larger figure, forget it, don't waste your time or money. Darn it.

These would probably be my favorite compression pantyhose if I didn't have to cut almost 4in off of the length because know where could I find that they offer a petite pair so they were way too long and I tried rolling them but they just cut into my ankles I have to roll the waist down because I have a short torso I'm 4ft 11in and 105 lb and the waistband does cut into my way so I had to make slits on the side but as for the compressions of but legs I absolutely love they definitely do the job after delivering packages for 9 to 13 hours a day my legs are not swollen at all, I gave the mobile app to Stars just because I'm not even sure what that is lol if it just meant the Amazon app or if they actually have their own app

When I first opened the package, I was so surprised to find such a tiny thing and was wondering how I’d even fit into this! But when I put it on, the fit was just so comfortable and amazing! Perfect for under my dresses, skirts in the winter/fall with a pair of boots. They do fully cover your skin, not sheer. I always wash them out by hand using a small amount of Dr. Bronner's liquid castile soap, unscented, and then towel dries them and leave them to air dry naturally

Bit of a struggle getting on, but I've used comp. stockings before and that's just part of the routine. They do help my swelling. I've only had them for a few days, but they are just as expected. Seem to be working well for me so far.

I could live in these pants. They are true to size, have great support, and smooth out your imperfections. They are not see through at all and the waist sits perfectly. No muffin top with these pants. They are stretchy with movement and have washed beautifully. Five stars from me and I’m picky!
