One of the very best purchases I've ever made.

Perfect product I purchased for my mom due to severe and constant back pain she was having. This massager is great easy to use she has it in her chair and on whenever sitting. Not complaining about back pain as much anymore either..

Broke after 30 min. Contacted Lemon to see if I could could exchange it, they told me to go through Amazon, which didn't have anymore in stock.They gave me a refund and now I'd have to pay twice as much to get another one. I'm figuring the second one would have the same problems since it looks like Lemon quit making these... they must all be lemons

It works great on the middle of my back (is this where the "lumbar" is located?), however I get nothing for my lower back or shoulder blades. I'm kind of bummed about that!

This is a compact (good for storing, and traveling), and easy to use back massager. I love that you can use it at home but it’s also perfect for using in a car. The heat on this product is perfect for sore muscles and cold days. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I feel the vibration could be a little stronger and the placement of the vibration isn’t quit right for me...I am a short/smaller (5’2, 135 lbs) person though so it might be perfect for someone a little taller with broader shoulders than me.

I have a back injury, and need to add a lumbar cushion to the driver's seat in order to drive. It was time to replace my support, as someone had torn the strap holding it in place. Amazon suggested I might prefer this item, and i thought, "why not, it's only $10 more?"I'm so happy I purchased this massaging device. It offers genuine relief, and I now arrive at work ready to solve problems, rather than distracted by pain. I like it so much, I purchased another for a family member.

I have broken vertebrae and cannot tolerate the hard shiatsu massage. The air compression in the massager is so comfortable and relaxing that I almost fall asleep the moment I turn it on. It also has heat which is a very nice option. So soothing! Highly recommended.
