I received a new espresso machine and wanted to up my coffee game. Felt it was time to upgrade from the non-dairy creamer everyone is so familiar with and try this. All I can say is WOW. I added a pump of this to my cappuccino and am blown away by how good it is. The bottle arrived same day as order, undamaged and sealed up nicely in a reinforced box. The pump functions properly and dispenses a generous dose of this sweet nectar. The white chocolate sauce is thick and rich and stirs in easily to my coffee drinks. I am also happy that the pump is not "locked" on the bottle, so it is removable and reusable. So far, I am very happy with this product.

October 2020 review: I bought this to remake the infamous "white chocolate mocha" from Starbies. But I haven't made any espressos yet to see if this would be a great substitute or not! Update to my previous review: I've been buying this White Chocolate Café Sauce since 2020 and I'm now on my fourth bottle — so clearly, it's earned a place in my coffee routine. As someone who only drinks coffee on the weekends (and definitely prefers a bit of coffee with my cream and sugar), this sauce hits the perfect balance for me. My favorite drink is the white chocolate mocha from Starbucks, so I originally bought this hoping for a more budget-friendly way to enjoy something similar at home. I’ve also tried the Ghirardelli White Chocolate Flavored Sauce and the Torani Puremade White Chocolate Sauce since buying this one back in 2020, but I keep coming back to this one. It's my favorite by far. What makes it stand out? For one, it’s sweet enough with just one pump — no need to add sugar or sweetened creamer. I use about a quarter cup of half and half and one pump of the sauce in 8 to 12 ounces of freshly brewed coffee. That’s it. No fuss, no extra ingredients. And every time, it tastes amazing. Each bottle lasts me about a year, making it a great value too. If you're chasing that rich white chocolate flavor without burning a hole in your wallet, I highly recommend this sauce. It's become a weekend ritual I genuinely look forward to.

So I am a very picky and particular person when it comes to food and drinks and I struggle with needing things the way I like them! I love starbucks white chocolate to an extreme amount, it is the only type of white chocolate I love. So i searched and found out starbucks uses fontana. For the past few years I’ve bought that, online and in walmart. It was fine for the most part, but so many times it got messed up! Ordering it, it would come often as expiring within a couple weeks or already expired. You have to use the entire thing quickly because it goes bad soon after opening. Also, the cost is pretty high.🥺 After doing my searching and trying all kinds of white chocolate sauce (Torani, Ghirardelli) nothing seemed to be nearly as good. Then I read about this! So many people raved that it tasted almost identical or better! And the price is amazingb😃😃😃 I tried it and WOW! I think it tastes even better!!!! I love it and I’m so happy I found a good tasting and affordable option!!!! I highly recommend, and those who had trouble with the pump I completely understand! Fontana had the same stuff, I recommend buying your own coffee syrup bottles! It helps so much, you can seal the big bottle and put some in a smaller one to maintain freshness!

I love this syrup! I tested it out with measuring spoons, & 1 pump is equivalent to 1 tablespoon. I love the fact I only need 1 pump when I make a 1 shot espresso latte (with 4 oz of milk). When I do 2 shots(2 oz) of espresso, then I do 8 oz of milk with 2 plumps of this white chocolate. Very worth the money based on taste! The bottle is HUGE! BUT- and this is a big BUT- there is inflation in this bottle. Run a flash light, and you’ll see where the syrup is at.

Great flavor, perfect for coffee. Usually just need 2 pump for 8 oz coffee.

I love white Mocha sauce. One from Amazon was not great. The seal came off easily, too easily. The sauce appeared in the container looked uneven and bad. It tasted bad as well. It was spoiled. Not badly spoiled that it made me sick. One from the company was fresh. The seal was secured. Sauce appeared evenly spread in the container. It tastes much better. Love it!! Amazon has quality control!! How are they storing all of their goods? I would rather order this directly from Hollander.
