This is one substantial piece of signage! Unfortunately it did not come with its own screws, so I had to use my own and painted the heads to match.

Bought for outdoor toilet, made of iron and so is the outdoor toilet door so simply attached by 2 small magnets which can be removed after party easy (don't want to leave it out during winter in case it rusts). Very pleased

This sign is far better than the previous sign we had on our front gate (sun-bleached, angry-looking red text on white plastic with an edge broken off- yes, very tacky). This sign warns strangers to watch their backs, but also looks merely decorative to friends who already know our dog. The style reminds me of iron gates like the turn-of-the-century neighborhood from "Lady and the Tramp". It looks nice on our wooden picket gate too. This sign is pretty small - it's more demure, but the high contrast text still makes it very legible and noticeable. Before ordering, you may want to measure the place you plan on installing it, and envision the sign in place to make sure you will like the scale. It is definitely legible when you are approaching it, but it doesn't scream danger from across the street (a plus for me) like our last, garish sign. I think having a sign has cut down on solicitors, but I can't be sure; our dog's reputation may have preceded the sign.Installation tip: the sign does not come with hardware. Steal two white screws from your catchall hardware box (you should have one!) or spray paint some (star drive is my favorite). To spray paint screw heads, poke screws halfway into a chunk of used styrofoam, or the side of a used cardboard box (mac n cheese box, anything). Hit with two very light coats of white paint (thin coats prevent the paint from pooling in the top of the screw.Hope this helps!

True to the description and just like the photo! Although for the color it says "bright, clean white" but I would call it more of a beige, which is actually much nicer. They are cast iron so are quite heavy. Love the fact that they are oval shaped and have an antique look to them. I bought two and would buy more if I had more gates to place them on:)

...should have read the fine print, I suppose. I was expecting it to be at least large enough to read prior to walking up to it.

It’s metal so it’s durable snd sturdy. I didn’t have it very long before the rest starting coming thru the paint since it’s hanging on the fence. Sign would hold up better if it was not out in the weather.

We hated the idea of posting "beware of dog" signs, but after our house was broken into, we decided it would be a good idea. We also know that having these signs posted makes a dog owner less legally culpable if an intruder gets bitten by a dog. I can't believe that dog owners can actually be held accountable for an intruder's well-being, but it's the way it is. Our dog has never bitten anyone (including our recent burglar), but one can never be too safe.These signs were a nice compromise because they are certainly visible, but quite small and about as classy-looking as you can get with a "beware of dog" sign. Much, much, much nicer looking than your typical black-and-red or black-and-white signs.

High quality, heavy, metal, and painted well. Looks old. My only issue is that no screws were included. Everything that I buy (outlets, wallplates, framed art...) send along the appropriate screws. The holes are a little bigger than you would imagine so what I had around the house are too small. The should have a bigger head and should be painted white. Just an irritant as here I am and it's still not hanged. Plus, now apparently I have to drill into the door...again, not mechanically inclined and prefer to be able to get that immediate gratification of opning the package and putting it up. So that was a bummer. But the quality and appearance is great!

These are even higher quality than they look online. Easy to attach and they look beautiful. They fit in so well with my cottage they look custom made AND they work. No more deer in my yard now so I have happy flowers.

Unlike many other plastic signs this one is metal, stamped and painted it is durable and elegant. Love how it looks on out front door!

It is the perfect size for our gate . It was easy to install and looks great

Very solid cast iron. Actually looks really good and tidy/clean on our fence gate. It is not big and gaudy. I am quite happy with it.

Well made- good value- just a little smaller than I would’ve preferred but would recommend!!
