I Am So Happy! I run my business and work from home using my computer, and it runs as if it was brand new.

Loveee my dual screen computer! The seller and team were magnificent with any and every question I had. They were prompt and extremely helpful every time making my purchase a breeze. The quality of the computer exceeded my expectations for sure.

Okay so upon arrival everything looked fine, nothing seemed broken or cracked, not dirty either so that was really nice. but.. the sound on the computer... you couldn't play music out loud because the speakers of the computer didn't work i think thats what you would call them. But i wasn't that mad about it because all i had to do was get a pair of headphones and i can hear the audio through them. The computer is updated , everything worked well (other than sound) so i cant complain. it does what i need it to do so. anyway i believe this is a renewed set so be wary of that when buying renewed things from anywhere pretty much. otherwise, good rating from me.

This computer came on time and I was surprised by the weight of the screens. They are definitely older ones but appeared to be stable. My computer was turned on and the operating system was geared for UK and not US. It took me a while to find out why and change. Then trying to move my files from my broken computer it went to blue screen. Now my problem is not the computer its the way I am being handled. I took out insurance plus I have a 90 day return policy. I got obviously a bad apple. I am still waiting to get a label to return. I am 66 years old and cannot pick up this box to return it. Nor do I have multiple boxes to try to make several more. I do not think I should need to wait. They are telling me 24-48 hours and its been over 24 hours and almost 48. This is the problem right now. Amazon should be covering the return they sold it. Regardless if its a third party or not. They sold it. Not happy. This computer is replacing one that is going out. I don't have lots of time. Ugh.

I am about as tech savvy as a newborn. Even researching new devices gave me a headache. I asked a few friends about options, but their suggestions went way over my head. I ventured on my own. After reading reviews and having a few questions answered, I decided to dive in. I ordered this all-in-one computer on 4/4. I received it 4/9. How do you beat that?! I dragged the boxes into the house and wondered if I could do it. After taking out each item with the corresponding cords, I started the set-up process. I had it all together and running as fast as I dragged the boxes into the house. Because I didn't pay attention to the adaptor for the second monitor, I thought I ran into a roadblock. I called the help desk. Within 30 seconds I was back on track! I was happy to see the monitors were matching, without scratches or evidence of use. The keyboard is standard but extremely functional. The mouse is just right too. The ease of use and speed of processing, make me feel like I made a great choice. Just in case, for a small fee, I purchased a 3 year warranty. Although it's only been one day, my husband, for whom the computer was purchased a gift, is very satisfied and thinks I'm a computer genius. He's way worse than me with electronics. Now I can work from home without him looking in my face. He now has a wonderful new toy. If my opinion changes, I'll update this review. Fingers crossed that doesn't happen. 🤞🏽

I bought 2 Windows 10 pro machines. 1 for my home office and 1 for my shop. $200 and change for a duplex monitor computer with everything ya need? Yep all day long. Is it the latest and greatest, nope. Will it last 10 years, probably not. I will say for the money if I get 3 or 4 years from it I'll be happy. Very clean looks new. Quicker then I had so yay! Did contact support and they were fast and friendly. After reading some of the reviews people are a little crazy. What do you want or expect, really? The company stands behind the product, if ya have a glitch suck it up cuz you saved a ton of money. If your time is so valuable and your business is making you buckets of money and you don't have time to deal then don't buy an old refurb. Duh!!! If you want to go on the internet, download, upload, pay some bills and maybe a few other things then these are the way to go.

This arrived quickly and looked great. There was a ton of caked on dust over the vents, so I opened it up to see what was inside. There appears to be a new hard drive, but nothing else was cleaned. Dust bunnies (really, dust cotton balls) everwhere. Hard to see how this was refurbished in any way. We also had issues with one of the monitors making a sound that we didn't feel safe with. The computer does require a restart about once a week, and we have to click one of the function buttons for it to restart correctly, but overall, for the price, this was an acceptable purchase. Note that the wife connection is a USB bud that does not work with a 5G wifi. Works great on our lower speed though.To be fair, the customer service was AMAZING. They offered to refund the purchase when I complained about the above. We need a computer for school for our daughter, so they offered to replace one monitor (could not guarantee matching the other brand) or both. They did replace both monitors. Communication with them was terrific. Just don't feel right giving 4 or 5 stars for a product that we didn't feel was really "refurbished" by my definition.
