This a small pill but does the job

I've been working on adding to my selection of supplements and vitamins to try to counteract my very, uh, unhealthy choice of foods. Sure, I'm a foodie, but I live with and cook for some pretty picky eaters who love their potatoes, pasta, and microwaved dinners. I can't 100% say with certainty that any improvements I got from this kind of quercetin were directly FROM it, as opposed to the tons of other pills I've been taking, but right around the time I started taking these, quite a few of my niggling little health issues stopped. However, from OTHER people I've known to take these regularly, they swear by it, saying it fixed allergies, COPD, heart problems, skin problems, etc., or saying they've pretty much stopped getting sick, on top of them finding them to kick in pretty quickly, as per the "bio-available" part of the description on the bottle. (One thing I need to mention is that it's better to check out the manufacturer's website, (cough cough) for pricing reasons (cough cough).) Anyway, I definitely join my buds in agreeing that quercetin is another one of those supplements that people should really look into more often, as opposed to just taking whatever comes in those generic multivitamins. There's nothing wrong with branching out a little, trying something new to maybe solve some issues without having to spend hundreds/thousands at a doctor.
