We found this puzzle to be quite challenging. The pieces are extremely unique. I honestly thought we were missing some pieces during it because there were a few that I couldn't find, and I really didn't think we had them in the box. We ended up having every piece, it was just a challenging puzzle. The pieces feel high quality. The only criticism I have is that both of the blue images are on either side of half blood prince, and it made that section feel harder than it should have.

Edit to add 5 stars: I found my missing pieces (toddler life 😅) so this puzzle was PERFECT!Loved this puzzle. The pieces are not traditional shapes but that added to the challenge. The pieces are nice and thick but some are pretty small. I do wish there was a larger scale reference photo included instead of only the box. Mine was missing 3 pieces out of one section to that was hugely disappointing 😭 overall, I thought it was fun and enjoyed putting it together and would recommend it.

The puzzle is beautiful I loved it . It was missing some pieces but before I complained with a bad review I contacted the New York Puzzle Company by email and, the truth I didn't think they would answers me back, they were ready to help me out and they sent me a new box and I'm so ready to start putting it together ..... great costumer service !

This was not the first nor will it be the last purchased from this company. A Fun puzzle to assemble but a missing piece … my step son was beside himself…however customer service helped with the return and issue of a new one within a day… impressive. Graphics are clear and pieces are sturdy. Hats off to great customer service and a quality product. :))

I had high hopes for this puzzle and it did not disappoint!!! I seen a few previous reviews talking about missing and broken pieces so I was skeptical but mine had all the pieces it looks amazing! The colors really pop. The only issue I had was there was a lot of puzzle dust but other than that, it was a great puzzle

Overall I like this puzzle. It’s gorgeous and a good challenge, since it’s like a bunch of mini puzzles (but that doesn’t make it any easier). The monochromatic pictures were especially difficult. The quality of the puzzle is okay. The main flaw for me was major glare on the pieces. I have an overhead light and sometimes I had to move around the table to offset the glare. The pieces are thick and sturdy, but didn’t always fit as snugly as I’d have liked. There’s a nice variety of piece shapes, so it’s pretty impossible to have a piece in the wrong spot for very long.

Enjoyed it. Was easy to do because the covers are burnt into my brain. 😂
