Best hair product I know
Best product to manage dry and porous hair - makes my hair soft and bouncy. I have fine grey hair. It is also very good for bleached hair and restores to good condition- I found this product 10 years ago when I had over bleached my hair and the results are amazing.

It works
Excellent conditioning treatment. Obviously no product can repair split ends but this penetrates the hair leaving it soft and reduces frizz. Expensive but only use occasionally

Softer less frizzy hair
Have been using a trial size of this for the last weeks. Found it very good. My coloured hair is softer and less frizzy. I was expecting a larger pot so a little disappointed to see it’s quite small for the price. However as it appears good I’m delighted to have sourced it.

Saves my hair every week
I can really tell the difference when I don't use this often. The second you use it the difference is HUGE! My hair is sleeker and more manageble and less frizzy on the ends.

Amazing product - will make your hair smooth and shiny
I was given one of these as part of a Christmas beauty advent calendar, and it worked so well that I decided to buy more from Amazon. It's by far the best conditioning treatment I've ever used and doesn't make your hair greasy or weigh it down. The effect will last through several shampoos. The directions say that you should use the whole tube, but I found that I got good results with just half the tube, so I'd recommend that (otherwise this can get pretty expensive).

Expensive, extortionate even.
It's good stuff, however it is soo expensive. My hair is mid legnth and I think I'll only get 2 uses from it. I doubt I'll get it again. I don't think, overall it's goid value for money.

This product is magical with damaged curly hair. I have coarse dry curly hair and although it’s recommended to use as a pre shampoo I use it after shampoo. Makes my curls hydrated, shiny and soft. I highly recommend

Mon soin ultime contre les cheveux secs, élastiques en manque de vitalité. Je le laisse poser toute la nuit et le résultat est spectaculaire. Parfait pour une repousse saine des cheveux

I have spent a lot of time and money chasing softness and shine for my post-menopausal super dry and delicate hair. I have finally found it in this product - Elasticizer from Philip Kingsley. My hair was doing that Einstein thing - defying gravity, floating about in a cloud and feeling like absolute straw - so BRITTLE, so DRY, so DULL. I don't even dye it, no chemical treatments, nothing. I turned to the internet for advice. One YouTuber is all about bond repair upon bond repair upon bond repair and at first I felt that it helped a little. However, with natural, untreated hair, I don't think my bonds are actually broken. Post-menopausal hair is just thinner and drier, it's not a bond problem. And bond repair products become drying in and of themselves. Another YouTuber is all about leave-in conditioners and hair oils. He's definitely right about the leave-in conditioner and the oils do help. While I enjoy the oils actually, it's always a bit of a tightrope between applying too much and your hair hanging in pieces, or not applying enough in which case it still feels crackly and starts floating upwards. I bought a trial size package of the Elasticizer pre-shampoo mask and the Elasti-Styler leave-in styler. MY WORLD CHANGED. THIS. This is it. My hair feels 50 years younger. I'm not even kidding. It feels soft and silky the way it did when I was in high school. I'm not even really using my oils now as my ends maintain softness and shine between washes. Maybe about day 3 or 4 I'll put a smidge on the very last half inch of hair. It really doesn't seem to need it and it feels so much more silk-like than you can achieve with oil. It also SHINES. After all the money I'd spent I really thought that shine was a thing of the past, well out of my reach now. Nope! (I will say that the Elasti-Styler, Split End Remedy and the Bond Builder Lipid Shield are invaluable for this. They all work to really SEAL the cuticle. Unbelievable. I think they call it "glass shine"). Well, everyone mentions the price. To that I say that I've bought 2 rounds of K18 and 2 rounds of Epres thinking that that was the best hair technology available today. The cost was extortionate but I was so hopeful. Well, they are both drying for me and what I now know is that what I needed was MOISTURE. Nothing I've bought in the last 6 months (it's a long, expensive list, I'm afraid) delivers moisture like this mask. It really does make your hair silky and elastic like young hair. After the trial size I went ahead and bought the 33 oz (bottle? tub?) BARREL and I'm so glad I did. In the Black Friday sale I got it for $100 and it will last well over a year using it twice a week. So not even $2 a week. I've spent more than that on those precious few ounces of bond repair products and it turns out I was wholly misguided in buying those. I find that masking pre-shampoo is pretty easy to do. I did have other masks that I didn't use as there's no way I'm going to step out of the shower, get dried off, apply, wait, and then get back in. I'm also not going to sit in the shower for 20 minutes waiting for it to work. But applying the mask pre-shower is easy and I can get on with some other task while it works rather than actively waiting for the time to be up. It is an extra step but the payoff is incredible. (I've given the other masks to a friend.) Well, that's my story and it's a happy one at last. I definitely recommend all the products I've tried so far, especially this one - Elasticizer and the Elasti-Styler. The Split End Remedy and the Lipid Shield are also incredible and again, for me they really seal the cuticle and bring out the shine. I will definitely be stocking up on Black Fridays and Prime Days. Having finally found EFFECTIVE hair care for my situation, I'm happy to spend what it takes to keep this amazing soft, shiny and healthy hair going. Very grateful to have found these products and I hope that by writing this review I can do a little to repay the late Mr. Kingsley for what he has done for me in formulating these wonderful products.

My hair is soft and well conditioned after using. My hairdresser noticed the difference immediately - highly recommend to those wanting long lush locks and escape the breakage split ends and fizzy ends

Following the instruction, but I don’t feel huge improvement. Unless it’s building up. And it takes time.
