Best powered milk

You can only find small packets or containers of a few hundred grams in the shops, but I needed something a bit more substantial to use with my baking. It works really well and adds to the rising and taste of my bread. It's not bad in coffee too. Reasonable price and quick delivery. Happy with product and seller.

It's good to taste. It just takes time to mix and settle.

Much cheaper than sainsburys own, and it doesn't clump like other brands if you put in hot drinks. I fill my canister and then pour the rest into containers and store in freezer til needed.

I am utterly shocked that I have bought and drunk this product that is sold as if it were “milk” and actually the product is NOT milk, but a compound of lots of hyper processed ingredients containing only a small percentage of actual milk: less than 1/4 of this powder is milk. I suffer with high cholesterol and take statins and have inadvertently drunk this hyper processed compound containing milk that is made of more than 20 grams of fat. It’s18g of saturated fat and incredible 51.4g of sugar (double of real milk!) and only 12.3g of protein (half of real milk!). So it’s NOT real milk and I believe it should not be advertised and sold as milk! I’m outraged that my health has been affected by this label “skimmed milk” of a product that has only 24% of it.

Great for my tea and my waist.

I use this for breadmaking (it softens the bread) - it works and is much cheaper than any you can get in the supermarkets. I have also ,when low on fresh milk, used it to make white sauce - it is fine for this too. Haven't used it for anything else so cannot comment further!

Prompt service and excellent product. From a cook/chef's point of view, the best powdered milks I've known in some time. No "cooked" milk flavour or aroma and disperses/dissolves better than most, without serious clumping. A great standby for running out of liquid milk, for beverages, cereal etc.
