We needed a new, good quality chopping knife, primarily for vegetables. This one definitely gets the job done! It easily sliced a tomato thinly without turning it to mush, which is a huge plus for me! I have only used it a handful of times, so it's hard to day if it will hold up, but for now it seems excellent. I have only hand washed it, so unsure how it will fare in the dishwasher. I dont know much anoutn knives, but my husband claims that it is weighted well.I will definitely update after more use to inform of how well it holds up over time.

This is a great knife for cutting things very easily. It is super sharp and glides through everything I've tried it on...fruits, vegetables, cheese. Cleans very easily. The only problem I had was food tends to get stuck on the knife. Most slides right off with a little push of my finger, but the potatoes really stuck and I almost cut myself a couple times trying to get them off.

I got this one for my dad's birthday. He is a chef and was very impressed with it. I am so happy he liked it. The finger guard can be for a beginner like me. the knife is very sharp and very nice looking. it does the work perfectly. you have to be very careful while using it. i am so happy with this purchase

I bought this product, to use in my travel trailer. i love how light the knife, feels in your hand. The blade is sharp enough, to go through a huge watermelon. But it is also delicate enough, to cut block cheese. I would highly recommend this product. I'm in love with mine.

This is a versatile and very sharp knife. It arrived quickly and was well packaged in its own box along with the finger protector. It cuts very well through vegetables, fruits and meats. The knife was a little lighter weight then I was anticipating but the lightweight nature makes it very easy to maneuver and prepare foods for cooking. Clean up and storage are very easy and blends well with all my other knives. Overall great quality for the price.

I absolutely love this knife ! I like that it is sharp enough for me to chop up onions , meat and bellperppers . The fact that it comes with a finger guard is an added bonus , because I have accidentally cut myself with other knives. I have been using this knife almost every day when cooking and will continue to use it for a long time !

I love that is very light weight. My husband is the cook of the house it cuts very well . The finger shield is also a good add on for beginners to develop knife skills. Overall excellent quality for the price.

This knife is great. We used it to cut vegetables and it cut very cleanly and very smoothly. This knife is worth the price because of the fact that of cuts so easily. We haven't tried to cut meat with it but with how sharp it is, I don't doubt that it would cut it easily as well.
