Really comfy
Used this often and yoga and Pilates much more comfortable and enjoyable. Difficult for balancing but I just step to the side of my mat. I have hip and neck arthritis and this mat makes keeping fit so much more enjoyable. Well recommended.

Perfect choice for dodgy knees
I love love love this mat. Purchased to help me start doing yoga with a post surgery poorly knee, this is just the job. Thick, plush, squidgy mat that's deep enough for me to feel comfortable kneeling down and confident to actually do it. Highly recommended

Mat envy!
Other members of my Pilates class very jealous! This is a lovely thick mat, probably about as thick as it gets and still be able to roll it up for carrying around. Good choice of colours. Would recommend.
