My second bottle. I’ve noticed the benefit after 30-40 days. I’ve used it for my nails and to improve my hair density and texture. Only two a day, easy to swallow. No taste or smell. My friend from Europe recommended them. Overall I feel good, just don’t take it with iron supplements as it’s counterproductive.

I used to buy this product from Sephora and it was great. Spots where I was missing hair grew again and my hair started to grow faster. To continue with hair grow I decided to buy it again. Unfortunately, more than a year ago Sephora stopped selling it and I had to buy form here. I remember my friend was first to buy form here since I recommended it and Sephora no longer had it. Both of us tired it and It didn’t help at all. I gave another chance and re-bought it from amazon again and same result. I still have unfinished bottle form the second use and brand new one since second purchase was buy 1 get one free. Mind you for better results they suggest capsules and shampoo of the same brand. Useless. I decided to try various brands of vitamins with the same ingredients and it worked. I tried another product and it helps a lot. Didn’t buy it on amazon since was scared that it might be fake. My suggestion buy it from Sephora or local pharmacy if they sell it.

I love Phyto. I tried several vitamins recommended to me, hair products, nothing helped. My hair was failing out in clumps, I brush my hair and the brush came away with tons of hair. My granddaughter recommended Phyto, so I ordered. After 3 weeks started to notice that there was less hair coming out when I washed my hair or brush it. By the 6th week my hair had stopped falling out. I could see the new growth in my hairline. It works wonders for me. The thickness of my hair came back. I continue to take Phyto I do 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. I do this because I don’t ever want to repeat the hair loss.

I have been taking these vitamins consistently for 9 months. Also with eating a mostly healthy diet. Considering how much protein and iron I have each day. Another thing that has change is my home care in the last four months. I was using bosley rx hair care for years. But I have very fine hair and I was finding it was making my hair brittle . I live in SlC Utah which is a dry environment. From going to Washing my hair every three days to about 6 to 7 days. I switched my hair care to Marc Anthony Bond and repair hair. Has helped. My hair is very wavy curly. I do have Pcos but had it for over 20 years, I am little bit of a yo-yo on the weight but I have consistently been working on making sure to exercise/ hike for the last 2 years. So I think that has helped my androgen levels/ hormones. Been working hard and considering what’s a head. Menopause.
