Over the last few years biryani has steadily become my favourite curry when it comes to ordering takeaway. I started making it myself a couple of months ago, and because I wanted the authentic taste naturally I was attracted to the more complex, more time consuming recipes. I achieved very good results but they always took so long to make. Then I saw this spice mix, which has introduced a special dynamic in taste to my biryanis, and (also very importantly) it's cut down the time I'm fiddling around, grinding up whole spices. As soon as you open the resealable pouch you get the indisputably "biryani" smell – it's just divine. It's relatively expensive, and I do have to use a few teaspoons each time, but worth it. It really is a transformative spice mix.

I used it for cooking a dish from my country. It was delicious, I felt at home.

I love the smell of the spices and this is perfect to give some plain chicken an extra kick. If you have tried different similar products, you will recognize the quality of this and the value for money

I have used this as per instructions and also in other recipes and it is really delicious. Very authentic tasting and tastes just like genuine homemade Bangladeshi or Indian cooking. I have never managed to achieve this myself but this spice mix did the trick. You do have to add the other spices necessary for biryani like more cumin, coriander, ginger and garlic etc but the spices in this give it that unique flavour. I’ve used the Mix on its own in other dishes and it tastes really great. The pack is very small however and seemed a little too pricey for me. I will buy this again but it won’t be on a regular basis due to the price and amount.

Es ist unglaublich gut. Habe damit schon 2 mal gekocht. Chicken Biryani geht damit hervorragend. Endlich eine Gewürzmischung gefunden für das spezielle Gericht. Damit die Gewürze zum Vorschein kommen muss man mehrere Löffel nehmen. Hat auch etwas Schärfe was mir persönlich sehr gut gefällt. Zig Daumen hoch. Werde es immer wieder kaufen !!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Una Spezia davvero elegante e saporita, insolita e molto originale. La uso anche semplicemente con delle patate in padelle e le rende notevolmente speciali. Consigliato.
