Easy to install and works like the original.

Perfect replacement.
Perfect replacement. Turn the water off, remove the end cap covering the retaking screw with a bent straight pin and remove the handle. I had to clamp a vice grip to the stem and drive the cartridge out. Check for and clean any corrosion, grease and re-insert new cartridge. High temp can be limited to 104F with some adjustment. Pretty straight forward installation.

I contacted Hansgrohe because my shower's water pressure and temperature were low and cold respectively. Their associate advised that the cartridge needed to be replaced, and provided the model number. Replacing the cartridge has immediately fixed the problem!
