Size t shirt age 14-15 . Chart says 53" chest.????? That is surely a tent.

The t-shirts fit well, they're a good size. Not a 53" chest though, just average 14-15 in my opinion.

There is a size chart that gives the measurements - for bust 53.5cm and height 72 cm (I assume this is length of t shirt)

You can't sublimate on cotton. If you do it will all disappear after one wash. Sorry
