Q: Can this cut through a bone of lamb, beef or chicken for bone both?

Amazing knife! Although I am used to handling other ingredients with more versatile knives. Like BRAVEDGE Chef's Knife and Santoku Knife Set, perfect perfomance in all cutting tasks.

Q: Can I cut fish / slice semi frozen salmon with this fish ?!

There is two sets of knives & one set is for frozen type foods

Q: has anyone had this knife burn out, or stop working after a year please? Does it cut meat well?

Mine stopped working after a few months. I was disappointed as I had been very happy with it until then. Amazon were very good at refunding the money for me, and I bought a Daewoo knife instead, which so far has been fine. Both were good at slicing meat and bread.
