ADC 618SF Adscope Adimals Model 618 Pediatric Clinician Stethoscope With Tunable AFD Technology, Seafoam

I work at a pediatric ER, and this stethoscope is the best thing ever. I can hear everything I need to, true to the ADC standard (which rivals Littman by common opinion). The interchangeable faces not only make it fun, but apprehensive/fussy kiddos will actually let me listen when I show them the animal face and tell them Mr Tiger (or whoever) wants to hear your chest. They almost always like stop in their tracks and let it happen! The only design I’d change is the ear pieces are fixed so when the animal face is visible while wearing it, the ear pieces are also faced out which means they hang on EVERYTHING. Super worth it though and an excellent value.

Easy to hear, well made, accurate, pretty color. The animals attract the children’s attention and imagination. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

This is a great stethoscope! I currently use an MDF classic cardiology (best acoustics I have found in a stethoscope) and needed a pediatric stethoscope for my job as a pedi nurse and for clinicals for furthering my nursing degree. I am shocked by the quality of lung sounds with this stethoscope. Very good! Diaphram has to be on skin and make sure your eartips are sealed good. Would I use this in cardiac ICU- yes, as a distraction. However heart sounds are soft to auscultation (after using a cardioscope for so long) so would need a bell and feel more comfortable with reliability of a stethoscope with a bell. I would use this for lung sounds in any setting. As long as you are auscultating correctly (on skin, sealed eartips, avoiding rubbing of tubing and thus artifact noise) this is a quality product! Would buy again and again! Just received it so cant comment on longevity or if tubing is stained by scrubs or cleaning wipes, but the distraction of the diaphram itself is worth the mere $40 spent! Quality product for great price!!

I'm an adult icu nurse but got this just for some extra happiness at work. My patients love it and honestly I have had a bunch of stethoscopes go "missing" but with this one I can easily say ummm yep that's mine. The sound quality is also great. I struggled hearing anything with my Eco but this one I can hear everything. One of the rapid responses nurses borrowed it and said gosh girl I need a stethoscopes I can actually hear out of, and I told her to just give it a try. After using it she had to admit is was the best she has ever used.

This baby stethoscope was pretty decent for the price. If you have a wiggly baby might be a little Harder to differentiate murmurs and things. But a perfectly still, clarity sounds great.It’s super cute and feels super durable

When I read the reviews I was a little skeptical but for the price I decided to take my chances and I'm so glad I did. Some reviews were complaining about the sound but I've had no issues. I use this during checkups at a pediatric office and it does a fantastic job whether I'm taking a blood pressure or listening to lung sounds. I also love that it's so lite weight. I ordered a cover from another seller because some reviews said they had issues with the dye from their clothing transferring off on it but I haven't had that problem so the cover is still in the pack. I ordered the mint green and have since ordered a pink one. The biggest problem I have is choosing which animal to use. I have no regrets!

I always bought littman for the “brand” but after having so many go missing I thought I’d try something else. Tried a few others that were horrible. A doctor in the PICU recommended this, bought it and I LOVE IT! The kids love it and the quality is AMAZING!! Definitely recommend!!
