Great visual tool for portion control
Haven't used this yet, bought it as coming to the end of a TDR so visually this is going to help me loads with portion control. It says dishwasher safe but haven't tried it yet so can't confirm that

Fantastic for portion control
I ordered this plate to try to lose some weight by Portion control. The size of the plate is the perfect size. Amazing value for money, fantastic quality, looks great and images are very clear. Highly recommend this if you’re try to lose weight or just want some portion control.

Larger than expected
Plate is larger than my usual dinner plate and as I already work my meal in the ratio recommended, not much use to me.Expensive for what it is [5X what my dinner plate cost]

Great for portion control
Yes a lot of us struggle to control our weight mostly counting calories🙄so this plate us a gentle reminder regarding portion control,I paired this up with portion controlled cups(rosemary conley)for rice/pasta etc which is a bonus,its early days at the moment but seems to make dieting so much easy,my purchases arrived on time,well made and very affordable.

Does what it says
Great plate, does what it’s supposed to. Abit pricey for a plastic plate though.
