SerfasTailbones Comfort Saddle

Seat seems quite good! I bought a serfas men's seat but not wide enough for my taste then tried woman's serfa seat but inner thigh area was not as good this one and looked like complete crap on a men's vintage 10-speed. So I tried this one and cushion is better, width is closer to a woman's seat but not quite as wide, inner thigh area as mentioned is better, nose is longer. And this seat looks plenty good on 10-speed bike. I still use padded bike underwear especially on 20+ mi ride but I also use a seat cushion in my car as my skinny butt gets fatigued fairly easy lol.So Im a happy guy now (5'10 180lb) with this seat! Price is good too. It also looks better in person and lycra cover is great. It does have a little squishiness quality to it but about the right amount for my taste.I bought anothet one of these for my hybrid bike and seems even more comfortable on that bike no doubt because seating position is more upright being hybrid bike handlebars are positioned higher. Looks good on both bikes too!

Very comfortable and it is the maximum size to install a fitted memory foam padded cover I also bought. I also like the length of the saddle to give me the adjustability that I wanted! This is a great touring saddle that looks great on the bike. This is my favorite saddle brand! Top notch quality!

I had the previous model of this seat and rode it for 30 years and thousands of miles. I bought the same seat to replace the old one after this long and outstanding service. I like the new one even better, as it seems slightly firmer which reduces some compression of certain nerves. Highly recommended.

A bit squishier than older Serfas Dual Cushion on my older bike. But more comfort than Bikeroo Comfort (stiff) or WTB Comfort (NOT deeply cushioned) as don’t need padded underwear I needed for those saddles.

We have this seat on all our bikes and our Peloton. We average 20 mile rides outdoors and the seat is a perfect size to not chafe your insides while soft enough to sit and not kill your assend. Don’t think about it, just buy it. You’ll love it.

The first time I used this, I thought I was going to return it. I ride my bike 2-3 times a week for about 10 miles each time, so I wanted something to provide comfort. The first time I used it my tailbone was aching the rest of the day. However, I kept using it to see if it would get better and I'm so glad I did. Now I have no issues (must just take some getting used to), it was a great price, and I love this seat. I don't like seats too squishy or you slide forward on your seat and obviously I don't want it too firm as I still like comfort. This seat is the perfect medium. Not too soft, but still enough comfort.

I used to ride bikes pretty sporty; 40-60 miles at a time. In those days I prefered a small firm seat. Flash forward (3 dacades) and this now on social security recipient was gifted a cheap but working Spinning type bike which I decied to try for while watching people lie on You Tube during the cold months. The seat it came with was a torture device and the wife insisted on a "comfortable " saddle. I recognized Serfas as a "Real" bicycle brand and there was nothing gimmicky about the design so I hit the buy switch.Everything about it is fine-ish but I still just don't like "gel" or gel like squishy seats. When your sit bones (ischial tuberosities) sink in, it lets the foam on the nose of the saddle to come up into contact with the soft stuff right up in the inbetweens of the tops of your legs that aren't the back bits or the front bits. The kids use a word that rhymes with saint. The pressure and friction in that area gets irritating pretty dang fast. Of course most cyclists know you have to break in the saddle and your contact point so I'm still working with this one and the return window will expire but early indications for this saddle staying on the exer-bike don't seem promishing.

I bought two of these for my two bikes while I was waiting for delivery a pricey saddle from Europe. The pricey saddle is no where near as comfortable!
