Novagard G641 Thermal Compound
This product was exactly what I had hoped it would be. It is a heavy opaque white compound that I am using between heat producing solid state devices and their heat sinks, and it performs well. I have noticed no separation of oil and it does for me, exactly what I wanted it to do at a price substantially less than other choices.
