Simple to use, easy to clean
This is a value for money product, easy to use. The only drawback is the low pressure, hence probably you have to use more powder to get a stronger brew, and may not be the right machine for 30 ml espresso shot addict, if they are prepared to splurge on that Italian machine. I prefer a diluted double espresso Americano with a shot of milk, no froth, and this works fine. Go for it!

Poor after sales service
Very worst customer care service. After buying within 15 days its steam system stopped working . Complaint in customer care called thrice but no one coming for repair.

Best Cappuccino Maker at this wonderful range❤️
Wonderful Coffee maker at a such low price, you will never get this from anywhere else. Don't get confused by other negative reviews, honestly I recommend it to everyone. Note: for a best cappucino you have to make it properly, always use a wide mug (diameter>7cm) and don't use enough milk at once otherwise you will not get froth. #Make one cup at a time.

Good one but has limitations
This is a good coffee machine but has its own limitations. Espresso is good but latte n cappuccino is not that great due to its frothing limitation. Frothing is not at all great and hence it was a major turn down. If u love froth then go for branded ones.

Worth buying product
I am running a cafe and I was searching for a good coffee machine, I come to know about this machine not from anyone I was just searching online and I found this. I ordered it and found so easy and time saver. It makes coffee instantly and do perfect. It's useful for me.

Okayish Product with low quality parts
I have had this Espresso machine for the past 2 years and it worked well for about 7 months after which it started leaking water. A complaint to the customer support resulted in the product being serviced after a delay of 3 months. The culprit is a pressure pipe made of cheap plastic. Again worked for about 5 months and the same problem arises. Another call to the CS resulted in me paying 750 as service charges for out of warranty service. Again a delay of about 45 days for procuring spares. Even the technician says that it is a badly designed product. Pls give other brands a try and skip this.
