I wear make-up any day that I leave the house and will have to interact with people. Make-up is my armor; it is clothing for my face. But I have never been able to spend a lot of money on make-up, so good quality for a decent price is important to me.The price on this palette works for me. The colors caught my eye, as I like purple, and wear purple eye shadow a lot. About 40 years ago (yes, I am a senior) I found that purple eye shadow makes my eyes look greener, so I was hooked. The last few years, I have developed an allergy to a lot of purple eye shadows, like singles from Maybelline and Cover Girl: my lids swell up, and my sclera gets red and bloodshot, and it doesn't feel good, either.But this palette does not do that to me! No allergic reaction! I have worn the pink and dark purple together on the inner/outer lid, respectively. The coverage is good, not too sheer at all. Just a little bit of "dusting" on my cheeks; not nearly as much "dust" as I get from a couple of other brands. (I have a lot of different brands in my make-up drawers.)The palettes, both this one and a neutral one, came wrapped in bubble wrap, and were in perfect condition. The little spongy applicator was cheap, but I never use those; I use brushes.This palette was so worth the money. The purple is shimmery, and does not look clownish, which is a danger with colors that are so vivid and NOT neutral. I am very pale, but I bet these colors would look gorgeous on deep brown skin tones, because of the shimmer and good color coverage. They might not look great on skin tones that are between my pearly white skin and deep brown skin.I love make-up, so finding this adds a bit of happy to my day, and shines up my "armor".

I am very pleased with the palette. It's much more pigmented than most other products at this price point. The shimmer is a really gorgeous balance. I know women are instructed to shy away from metallics as we age but these colors are very complementary and make for pretty natural contouring. It stayed on all night from 5pm to midnight, outdoors, with no primer and minimal creasing. And, even then, a quick swipe of my finger eliminated creasing with only minor diluting of pigmentation. But I didn't do that til I was already home and about to wash it off. 100% recommend to all ages and faces.Please note, shadow is a bit more metallic than it looks here; my camera is not very good. Also, pink in the photo is my own liner and is not included in this palette.

It has a shimmer but doesn’t overdo it. It applies easily. Long wear. I may go back for other palette colors.

This palette is a good one if you like a hint of color, and not solid pigment (like I do, lol). Still a great powder kit for anyone who likes this color scheme, and I am keeping mine, as I adore the satin finish on the blues in there. I do have to admit I was a little disappointed when I realized that it was so dusty/faded-looking on my face, but it's more of a to-each-their-own kind of thing! <3

Quality of the actual shadow itself wasnt the best. Didnt stay on very long. Could barley see it when applied. The packaging was gorgeous and fun but the product was disappointing.

I ordered this palette to go with my prom dress which is next week. This came a day earlier than expected and so far I'm very pleased with it. I haven't worn the colors all day yet, but I did try them and the colors showed up beautifully!! The shadows were smaller than I imagined but its still more than I can use in 2 years. The quality is great and I especially appreciate the sliding mirror. It's nice to have a mirror that doesn't have eyeshadow all over it constantly. Overall I'm very pleased with this product.P.S. The description and application instructions on the back of the box cracked me up. It seemed as though someone had tried to put this through a beta stage Google translate. It makes for a good laugh so I'm even more pleased :)

I like these lilac shades when wanting to add a bit of sparkle to my eyes. It helps you feel a little extra confident & adds a bit of festivity to your look without looking overwhelming. It brings out the green & hazel tones in my eyes.

Pretty colors but they don't last, tend to fade.
