Apparently this only works with Windows XP and a parallel port.
If you have Windows 7 or above beware. The description doesn't mention it any where on Amazon but when you email the seller and ask for a manual it does state there that only supports WinXP Not Win7. So I now have a brand new breakout board that is useless! The seller of this board needs to put that information right up front. Thanks for nothing!!UPDATE: Since posting my review I now see that the seller has updated their listing to clearly state that this is only compatible with Windows XP with a parallel port. It DOES NOT SUPPORT WINDOWS 7 OR ABOVE. So to be fair to the seller I am upgrading my star rating from 1 star to 3 stars. I still have no use for the board but the sellers quick reply in supplying the user guide when I first emailed them asking for it was great. Other sellers that don't include documentation for their products with their orders often have a download link in the description to get the documentation. That is much easier for the buyer than having to search for a way to contact the seller. I am a believer that if you don't have something nice to say then say nothing. I almost always live by that but in this case, other buyers need to be aware of the limitations in compatibility of this board. If you have a Windows XP machine with a parallel port then I'm sure you will be fine. The user manual that you can get via email from the seller does a decent job of translating what I assume is Chinese to English. Without it your lost.

Ask for the instructions
I replaced the crappy breakout board on my PNC 1100. Series 3 TORMAC AND I NOW HAVE 5 axis and can use any program i want . This is the best upgrade anyone can do to a tormac machine . My machine its finnally unlocked . I hate being locked into one company due to their monopoly crap . If you have a tormac mill and looking to upgrade to more axis and unlock the real capabilities of your tormac then trow away that old school motherboard and get this fine one

Works great with LinuxCNC
No issues setting this card up with LinuxCNC. Seems like a better card than the other single relay types.

The board needs a better user manual
The board seems to work OK however it could use a better manual with detailed wiring diagrams. It is about average for Chinese made boards. At this point it is unclear if it actually needs the 5 volt power from the computers USB port. The manual indicates it is not needed however a USB connection and cable is still part of the kit so I suspect it may actually be needed.
