This is a handy tool and I use it to make latte's. It works great. It came with a super nice case that also has a long spoon in it.

The frother is powerful and does a nice job. It comes with a spoon both of them is fit nicely in travel carrying case which is perfect size. It takes up little counter space, and easy to clean.

This think is broke. The mixer falls off and won’t latch INC sending it back.

I bought this late in December. I just recently got he end off finally to insert the batteries. Then I struggled to replace the cap as well. Then case is a very snug fit. After you insert batteries it doesn't fit in it without depressing the end cap which is where you press to activate this thing. So it constantly engages those hard to install batteries until you store it outside of the case. So that selling point is stupid. Took it out this morning to use and the wire end fell off. Cant see how to re- insert this very important piece. All in all save your money. This is junk

Difficult to insert batteries. Hope the batteries last a while because I have no idea how I will replace them.
