I have been using a variety of products over the years: lotions, powders, sticks; but nothing suited. This product (which has a good EWG rating) gives excellent coverage, yet washes off easily. I use a brush to apply around my eyes and just dab and rub on other facial spots. No reaction or irritation; stays in place; long-lasting. Give it a try.

I love that this product truly works AND is less toxic and safe for my skin and body.I love this concealer - helps cover up bags under my eyes and blemishes so seamlessly. It is thick without feeling cakey and one bottle lasts so long. No scent which is a plus for me!

Great product and coverage but pricey! Lightweight and easy to apply. Lasts quite a while.

If heaven could be bottled up, it would be this foundation!!! I love the light feel of it, it's super easy to match to your skin tone and affordable in comparison to other quality make ups. The best part is it's free of harsh chemicals and toxins! Love!!!

Coverage: Unlike other hydrating foundations, this one dries down to a satin finish fairly quickly (I’d say 5-10 minutes). I actually loved that finish more than I thought I would because I’m a dewy girl typically. I got light coverage by dabbing the foundation on face and blending out. I got medium coverage when I dipped my kabuki into foundation and applied to my face. I haven’t tried building layers since I’m not a layer girl and light/medium coverage is my preference. Wear: I didn’t notice any creasing, but I did use their serum primer which should help with that. Honestly with light/med coverage, I find it difficult to see when makeup starts wearing off. I will say that I can normally see my nose pores after a full day of work, but they were still covered with this Ilia foundation, so that’s a good sign. Since I have dry skin, I don’t set my makeup with powder so my wear time is reduced. Side note, I’ve heard good things about the Ilia powder so I’m going to give it a shot. Fingers crossed that it’s another win. Hydration: More than anything else, I love how this foundation does not dry out my skin. It’s been years since I’ve used a foundation that didn’t leave me with dry spots on my nose and around my mouth within 2-3 hours. With Ilia, I have no issues with flakes. It’s an absolute game changer for me! One time, I actually forgot to apply moisturizer to my nose because I was rushing. Even then, I had just a few, tiny dry skin flakes on my nose AND it’s the middle of a winter. I was so impressed! Color: I recommend looking at the Ilia site for guidance on which foundation color is for you. I’ve heard some complaints that the color is dull, and before the Ilia foundation dried down , I was a little worried about that too. However, once it’s dry, it looks so naturally beautiful, like a healthier version of your own skin. For those that like more glow, I’ve seen some use Ilia highlighter serum under the foundation. I might try that in the future. Bottom line: I absolutely adore this foundation. It looks so good that I’m actually wearing foundation to work again. I haven’t done that in years because of the flakiness of my previous foundations. It may be on the pricey side, but it is worth it to me. I will definitely repurchase when I run out.

I stupidly kept guessing on my color multiple times online instead of swatching them in-store at an ulta, so I tried at least 4 different shades, meaning I’m at least $136 in the hole…Amazon accepts returns on these, but I feel weird about returning them since I used them 🤷‍♀️ my reason for 3 stars is these lean very orange/yellow. As someone with reddish brown hair, freckles and pinkish undertones, I have not been able to find a good color match for me. They’ve all been too dark or too light and all the too dark ones were way to yellow for my skin tone. I suggest you swatch them in person before pulling the trigger. I use concealer only for under eye circles and some discoloration on my cheeks, I don’t use foundation. The coverage is light-medium. Definitely not full coverage, a little more on the sheer side. I couple this with the ILIA setting powder and the staying power is pretty good most of the time. Sometimes the product ends up settling into my 32 yr old crows feet, but I think that’s my own fault for accidentally applying too much product or too much eye cream or something. I don’t feel the product feels tacky on the skin, especially after the setting powder. I hope this helps.

This foundation feels like second skin. Weightless, texture is thin, but i am ok with that. I am pushing 70 and do not like to look, like i am trying too hard

The bottle is very messy, no good way to use the product without getting it all over the outside. When I received it, it had leaked. Thought I could just wash it up and deal with it but then realized it the bottle design is just not good.
