I ordered this for my husband and when we opened the box it was clearly not new. There was still water and coffee grounds in the container and it smells of mildew. This is incredibly disappointing and rather disgusting. We tried taking a photo but getting a good shot in a steel container is next to impossible.

we were so excited to make nitro coffee at home and its was fun for the less than two weeks it lasted before the spout broke. Pushed it to dispense mode, filled my cup and when I pushed it back to the closed position the coffee kept flowing and poured all over my floor before I could get a bowl under it to try to catch it. We did not abuse the spout in anyway just normal use. I would guess we got 10 pours out of it before the spout broke.

Worked nicely the first two sets of brew but now the spout doesn't work. Pulled the lever and only a few drops come out but nothing else. Please fix this issue.

Where to start ... recieved as gift ... after three batches (one week), started leaking at top assembly ... cartidge assrmbly started leaking at connection to screw top ... fine mist of coffee started spraying from connection to pressure relief assembly! Yes, lots of o-rings, but for o-rings to work, both surfaces have to be very smooth ... and these are not well machiner. Good design, but poor manufacturing! Do not buy!

I was up and down before purchasing this product because of its review 3.5 stars... I made the decision when my husband started rushing me for a cold coffee maker. The product did a good job, working perfectly. Was I lucky or was the product improved?

Pretty cool stuff, I like seeing the white bubbles vaporizing for the nitro cold coffee.

Love! Love! Love! I first tried a nitro cold brewed coffee at an espresso shop, I was amazed at how smooth it was. I then tried a bottled version, Lucky Jack, and loved it as well. They don't sell Lucky Jack where I live and frankly all the bottled or canned nitro brew coffees are expensive. I struggled with the decision to buy this because it seems like a lot to spend but I have to say I am so happy I did. The coffee is so smooth the process takes all bitterness out. In the end it will pay for itself since it is at least $5 a drink or bottle if purchased. Now I can have it in my home in my jammies if I want. Easy to use and takes the nitro pods that whipped cream dispensers use. I would give this as a gift to a coffee lover for sure.

Okay. After getting my dad the keg from here for a while he has been using it quite often and been liking it very much he decided to take a video to show our uncle how to use it as well. Oh instead of water can also use milk if you like milk coffees.
