Seal 1 CLP Plus Paste, 4-Ounce

I just got two 4 oz cans to disperse among cleaning kits/ let a friend borrow some to demo it. I have used this stuff (bought from stores) for a while now and it's good stuff. Easy use. I swab it EVERYWHERE with a Q tip, brush EVERYWHERE with my cleaning brushes or barrel brushes, and wipe every last bit off, and it works amazingly. I've cleaned my m&p m2.0 with it alone, never used anything else on it, and 900 rounds later or so, still works great. I also clean my sks with it (1000-1500 rounds through) and although you don't REALLY need to clean an SKS, this gets the tough gunk off. TIP - If you own an AK or SKS, clean the damn gun please. I understand they are SO reliable, and that's great, but you want to be certain it's going to work if stuff gets bad in the world. If you had to use it in the hypothetical apocalypse scenario, you wouldn't want it even more gunked up and possibly dysfunctional, especially after harsh conditions and possibly really dirty scavenged ammo. Also, if your SKS bolt is the stock bolt, with a free floating firing pin, look up a tutorial on how to take apart and clean the bolt. You don't want slamfires and surprise full auto. Became aware of this stuff from a YouTube video. I hate hate hate hate hate hate hate cleaning guns. But it goes with the lifestyle. I have a G17 gen 2 that is my range bag gun. I use it to test new reloads and to make sure nothing goes wrong in my other flock. She takes a beating and doesn't get the courtesy of ever getting clean. The picture above is approx 1k rounds no cleaning. Rubbed the paste on the rails and all the fouled areas, let it sit and proceeded to the barrel. Brushed cleaned the slide and receiver wiped it clean. Patches thru the barrel. Brushed and wiped down the barrel, reassembled. Was done with a field strip cleaning in approx 15 mins. The aroma is pleasant enough to get past the wife. And as much as i shoot, the non toxic is a big plus. I like this stuff so far. Looking forward to seeing how it acts as a lubricant. Good job guys.

This product is a CLP, however it’s mainly for L and P. This isn’t going to clean very well. I use it for some of my older guns that I don’t fire often and rub them down in this to keep them in pristine condition. Also works well in lubricating a 1911 or AR, which we can know helps them run at their best ability.

This CLP product reduces the time and mess and cost of gun cleaning and maintenance. No more harsh smelling solvents and gun oil. Seal 1 is a paste so it doesn't spill if overturned or dropped. I wish I had found this stuff years ago.

Deputy Sheriff and firearms instructor. Was turned on to this product when first came out. Never used another product since. A true CLP. Consistency more waxy than oily. Doesn’t dry out like some others. Will pull out a firearm that has been in storage for months and it’s like when I put it away. Definitely recommend.

Used this stuff for years, makes cleaning my guns even easier over time. After years on my Glocks I just wipe them down and reapply Seal one and wipe again. My S&W MP 15 never has jammed or malfunctioned and I credit Seal 1. Safe on wood and any finish, it conditions gun surfaces over time and they stop absorbing fouling and cease oxidation. Makes old guns look like new and gives decrepit old rifles new life. Used this stuff on Mosins,AKs, revolvers, Glocks, sks, mossbergs, etc. all guns benefit from Seal 1!

I've started using this product on my scary black guns. Carbon removal is easier. Has a pleasant smell and is non toxic. Superior rust protection is a plus as well.
