Orginally started with dream leafs lucid dreaming product with the red & blue pill. Had great results with vivid dreams along with recall, lucid dreams in my experience have happened. I am mindful that by consuming these products doesnt guaranteed to give me lucid dreams every single night. Understandable to me. My spouse and I have been taking this galantamine, she has much better recall and more vivid. Pretty neat. Planning on experimenting between both supplements overtime to be consistent with our progress. Can Google about the benefits for your brian too. (I'm not a doctor) really high quality product and company

I started taking Galantamine to help me with lucid dreaming as I have hit a rough patch where I have not had any in a while. While taking it does not make you inherently lucid dream it does, however, increase the vividness of your dreams. I am not sure about the claims of its' ability to improve focus and memory, but I understand that it is an effective treatment for mild to moderate dementia. I only had one negative side effect and that was the first few nights of taking this I could not fall asleep easily. This side effect was only present for a few days. Overall I recommend this for people wishing to experience more vivid dreams.

My opinion on galantamine every night I took this pill my dreams were more vivid but I remembered my dreams after 5 to 10 After I woke up. I would say it improved my Dream recall. In my opinion I think the dreamleaf supplement for lucid dreaming is better than galantamine but it was still a great product.

I bought these on a whim, was kind of interested in the lucid dreaming aspect. I haven’t gotten around to setting an alarm and taking as suggested because I’ve been extremely busy...but I have been taking before bed and have definitely noticed more dreaming and a feeling of much deeper sleep. The verdict is still out on If I will continue to buy these, my life is a blur right now so probably a bad time to judge these but I definitely noticed a difference in my sleep on the very fist night.

Bromide and fluoride are halogens like iodine but it are lower numbers on the periodic table than iodine. The prevalence of bromide as well as fluoride that is in our drinking water, toothpaste, fluoroquinolone based antibiotics and in stain and water repellent fabrics that have been treated with Scotchguard (which contains Fluorochemical urethane) and bromide that is in the flame retardant in carpeting, furniture and electronics, in medication like asthma inhalers, and in agricultural pesticide residue on our foods means that if iodine is not present in your body, then bromide it will take up residence in your iodine receptors which are all over the body, not just in the thyroid. This can lead to hypothyroidism, thyroid cancer, fibrocystic breast disease, to name a few. Bromide is not our friend. FYI, Mountain Dew and some Gatorade and sodas (like orange soda) contain brominated vegetable oil. Read the labels, folks. Read up on bromism and bromide dominance. Bromide is not our friend. And fluoride doesn't just 'keep our teeth and bones strong', it is an insidious chemical that doesn't belong anywhere in our body.

I've been taking Galantamine for several months now, though this a new brand for me. It is exponentially better than what I was using! I take it for brain health, not dreaming, and felt it working immediately. I think the dosage is likely better for me - I was taking either 4 or 8mg, one too little one to much - but it is a better formulation. No jitters or nausea, just clarity and energy. Color this skeptic very impressed :)

I love all of DreamLeafs products. I'm an avid lucid dreamer and just started up my YouTube channel. I definitely plan to let my followers know how great of a company this is, along with the products they sell. They do exactly what they say they will do. (but if you're using this for Lucid dreaming, doing techniques or at least meditating will help tremendously.) My focus has also improved and I just feel all around better. Can't wait to try more from DreamLeaf. Highly recommend as always:)

I didn't lucid dream. if I did I couldn't remember it and that is the point of this supplement. I don't know if all lucid dreaming products are equally ineffective so will not purchase any of them again. This is my personal experience so perhaps others had better experiences...based on reviews... when I chose to purchase this brand.
