Growing up we had a sled with rails. Then we discovered aluminum saucers, that opened up greater possibilities in sledding. I'm a child of the 60s & 70s, that said... we attached ski boat ropes on the back of a 50s Jimmy, an had a blast.

I desperately needed sleds before an incoming snowstorm and this was the only style Amazon offered with same-day Prime delivery. The saucers look great, but dented very easily and were horribly misshapen after only the first run. My 8-year old son and 11-year old daughter (both of which weigh only 70lbs) bent the edges by merely holding onto them downhill. My daughter ran and did a little hop onto it while moving and it folded in the middle. I am 200lb man and I damn near destroyed it after 2 uses. I have to set it on the ground and stomp it back into shape after each use by a child weighing only 70lbs. I am super disappointed that I paid $ 53.00/ea for these and extra for same-day delivery to get something so poorly engineered. These are terrible sleds and will not last beyond the first day. Very much a waste of money. :( :( :(

Big fan of the Griswolds, so I had to buy this sled! Love that the decal has pictures right from the movie. The aluminum makes for a swift trip down the hill. Just like in the movie ;) The canvas handles make it easy to carry. Large enough for an adult to use. Can't wait to get more use out of it this winter!

If you are in an area where you get 2'+of snow you may enjoy this more however anything less and you will feel every bump on your behind and this bends easily, it is aluminum so it's expected. It works in a pinch as a backup or worth a child less than 60-80lbs no problem. Anyone over 80lbs or 4'tall I don't recommend using this although it won't break out well bends in half

Nice decoration for the holidays

Seems very sturdy. Much better than a plastic version. It arrived earlier than expected. Very happy with this so far.

Liked how light weight it is. Easy to carry and goes down a hill fast. Grandchildren enjoyed!!

Fun to receive but Does not whitstand sliding on icy surface Easily damaged. Only fun to show off...
