It helps a lot and lot. It’s very easy to apply in real time without any kind of pain .

The book by the author is excellent and it really tells you the truth about alcohol. Once you know the truth, you will be set free. I enjoyed reading it and have also recommended it to my friends.

I bought this book after I stop smoking by reading the Easy way to quit smoking. But I have not completed this book sofar.

The advise given in the book is great, it just breaks down our conditioned thinking about alcohol. One downside to the book is that it is highly repetitive, the author could have finished the book in just 1 chapter but he keeps on drilling the same message time and again. Very difficult to complete the book, once you get the gist of the topic.

Saw a video of myself drunk..!! It wasn't pretty. So I decided to stop completely. THis book added to myconviction and thought process. I can easily choose water now at restaurants and bars and parties.And I don't wake up with a headache and waisted day.. SOOO happy I stopped.!

This book is amazing, I had enough of the vicious cycle of having a nice glass of wine at the weekend but feeling absolute crap for a few days after. I really committed to reading the book (as the author suggests) and also completed the hypnotherapy at the end. This book has changed my life, i dont even think about drinking or want to. I couldnt now think of anything worse now than drinking

It changes the way I see alcohol. Drinking is not an option for me anymore. Not because it’s a sacrifice I’m making, but because I don’t feel the need for drinking.
