Multivitamins without minerals are hard to find. .It is always hard to know if multivitamins are needed or do anything helpful but these don’t contain calcium, which my internist recommends that I avoid.

It taste better than most vitamins that are tablets. A little difficult when it comes to swallowing. I’d consider it a higher quality in vitamins.

NOT QUALITY VITAMINS
Vitamins should be methylated and high quality. The B12 in this product is basically composed of cyanide. There is no picture showing the ingredients on their purchase page.

Just a Simple Multivitamin Can't be Found in Stores
Dairy and I don't get along so I take calcium supplements. You can buy all sorts of vitamins with vitamins and minerals but it is pretty much impossible to find just a plain multivitamin without minerals. Gummie vitmains have sugar and are more expensive. Most all multivitamins with minerals utilize calcium carbonate. However, calcium citrate is much less likely to upset the stomach and that is what I buy.Using this product and I am able to pick and choose what I am consuming rather take whatever is put into a multivitamin, multimineral product.
