Winsor & Newton 2337229 200ml Professional Acrylic Colour Tube - Dioxazine Purple

I love the old-fashioned quality look of the tubes. The Winsor Newton professional paints are excellent quality and enjoy using them. The only negative is that I find the small ribbed lids hurt my fingers when opening. I just use a cloth to open them. So it works and I still love using them.

Always use windsor & newton as I find their acrylics are good value for money. They are quite thick and give good coverage. Ideal for beginners and professional artists.

The color is much more vibrant and deeper, not as pink as what you see on the side of the tube. I'm so glad I bought it.

Not cheap but better quality than other acrylic paints. Mixes very well and good thick body works well with brushes or palette knives. I have been painting for over 40 years and would recommend.

Since starting out with acrylics a couple of years ago and using paint pens and a big set of acrylics, I have gone thro' so many small tubes of white and pens too - this jumbo sized WN is simply superb - glad I chose it. Smooth and plentiful and bright bright white, I can relax and use freely, instead of scrimp and save - that's what this new hobby is meant to be - enjoyable!

I have been involved with creative visual arts/painting for over 50 years. From personal experience I think this is as good a quality ‘professional’ titanium white acrylic as any. The price is very reasonable in todays terms.
