The charger came in a nice little travel pouch!It has the same size as the original charger for an XPS 13 9360. The original DELL charger had a frayed cable from years of travels, which made it unsafe! So far so good...

Exceeds my expectations!
Needed a sudden replacement in a pinch and so ordered this one. The product seems to be working just fine. I mean, how are you going to rate that- it either works, or it doesn't. This one works fine! Package came quickly, well packaged, and even came with a nice little travel pouch. Bonus! What I didn't expect and am especially happy about is that, unlike my original plug, this one separates so you can put on different plugs for different countries. I travel internationally a fair amount and happen to have those other parts, so I was super excited to see that I wouldn't have to fumble with converters that often fall out of the wall socket anyways.Overall, great product from a great supplier. Even though there are not a lot of reviews for this one yet, I encourage you to give it a chance.

Terrible product!
I needed an extra charge cord for my Dell XPS, so I ordered this device. I plugged the laptop in to this cord in the evening, and the computer sent an alert saying that the charge cord was low wattage and could lead to suboptimal performance of the computer. I left the computer plugged in over night, and when I checked it in the morning, the fan was blowing full speed and the computer was very hot! I believe had I not checked the computer when I did, it would have been ruined. This cord should not be sold on any site!I am now told that a proper charge cord must be purchased from Dell, which I have done, and it works well (doesn't burn up my computer!)

It does the job.
I bought this charger in July of 2019. I have replacing it now (Oct 2020). It functions just as it should, no issues with charging. The adapter itself gets very hot when charging. I am replacing it because the cord pulled free of the plastic housing where it meets the adapter. This likely happened when my husband tripped over it so the product did not fail it just couldn't hold up to abuse. It is still functioning but because I use this for work I cannot wait until it stops functioning to order again.

Works Well So Far
I have been using this charger for about a month and it's been reliable so far. Reliable enough that I ordered a second one. Also, you get a bonus storage pouch, which is nice for travel.I like to keep extra chargers around for living room, bedroom and laptop bag. After my original Dell charger suffered a premature demise, I ordered several "genuine Dell" chargers from another seller here on Amazon. Half arrived DOA and the other 2 only worked for a few months and died as well. One died completely and the other one keeps the computer running while plugged, but does not charge the battery.I'm hoping these last a long time. I'll update a few months down the road to report.
