Dry brewers yeast.

Great results.
I toss two of these in once my wort gets down to 80 degrees and walk away. Bubbling of the airlock always begins within 6 hours, and primary fermentation is mostly done in around 3 days. I leave it alone for 2-3 weeks and then transfer to a corny keg, couldn't be easier. I'm starting to experiment with Safale 4 and 5 just out of morbid curiosity, but the truth of the matter is I could use Coopers exclusively for a very long time and be satisfied.

This yeast appears to be very old, and pretty much dead
