Attractive Bread Box
The breadbox arrived very well packaged and fits just right on my counter. It's slightly larger than anticipated, but I'm happy to have a space for bread and cookie packages that previously took up the space the breadbox now does. The stainless steel gives it a nice contemporary look that matches my other appliances, and the bread inside is kept fresh and easily accessible by a roll up door. Great purchase!

The Bread box is roomy, stylish and what I expected it to be.

Very LARGE bread box; an excellent value for the price!
Just received it today; bought it from Amazon warehouse for a few dollars less. But even at full price it is a good value. This is a -very- large bread box. Frankly it seems pretty sturdy to me. Doubt you could find one this nice for $25-26. much smaller bread boxes with more aesthetics or selling for 40 and $45-$50. I was interested in size and functionality, over aesthetics. Plus we have stainless steel appliances. Although this is shiny, it still matches better than other colors .It is mid-November now. I expect freshness not to be an issue. However in warmer months I intend to prop open the front maybe an inch or so to let in air. I don’t think this will reduce the freshness of bread; particularly considering we haven’t had a bread box for the past 20 years; and would put bread on the counter or in the refrigerator, with no real freshness or quality problems.The reason we got this is:our parrot keeps trying to eat the bread through the plastic wrapping and leaves crumbs all over the counters.Even though he’s a very smart parrot I doubt he’ll be able to open the bread box and get the bread; although I wouldn’t put it past him. Ha

Great bread box
It is sleek and very pretty- cleans easily. I was able to fit a loaf of bread, a package of mini bagels, and a bag of Thomas muffins inside. My only complaint is a slightly uneven space between the top of the box and the top of the door.
