If you’re a fan of Hayao Miyazaki’s animations, these socks are an absolute must-have! The designs are so charming, fun, and vibrant, capturing the whimsy of his iconic works perfectly. I’ve got my eyes on the other studio Ghibli prints, and the book inspired ones next!

As a big fan of cute socks and Hayao Miyazaki's animation, I instantly fell in love with the socks' design! Another huge plus for me is the 70% cotton blend, the rest being spandex and poly, which I find a reasonably hygienic combination lending warmth, comfort and a good fit. In fact, given that most pretty socks are usually all synthetic (acrylic, nylon etc), I often have a hard time finding socks that satisfy both my aesthetic AND quality standards, therefore I consider these socks a great find and at a reasonable price! On arrival they were true to expectations. The colors are vivid, the characters are easily discernible (Kiki, Totoro etc) and the socks feel good to the touch! They are quite stretchy and fit well (I'm a shoe size 9) without being over-stretched. I've had them for 1 month and didn't write a review earlier as I wanted to test the quality a bit first. I've worn them a lot (often without any slippers on while in the house) and washed them twice: they didn't shrink or fade and remained as soft and comfortable as when I first got them. They were delivered within the timeline described on purchase. All in all, I would definetely recommend them and am buying them again! PS: they were a huge hit whenever I wore them around young children, familiar or not with Miyazaki's work.

Good gift. So cute and they fit well

I love these socks! They are so comfortable to wear and have the perfect amount of thickness, not too thin and not too thick. I love the quality of the fabric. They are very sturdy. Also, the images on the sides of the socks are super adorable.

This is my second set of these Studio Ghibli socks, not because they wore out, but because I lost some of them. They are soft and cottony, not plasticky in any way. Nice and thin, but strong. I haven’t managed to put any holes in the toes, heels, or soles, even though they’re my most-worn. They keep their shape. They have strong cuff elastic - I have no problems with slipping or sliding down. They do cut into my leg a little on days when my ankles swell, but that is to be expected for a sturdy elastic cuff. The designs are cute, detailed, and colorfast. They look exactly like the pictures.

Thin, but decent quality and comfortable enough. Fits size 5 feet, just a wee bit larger. The peek a boo dog design is too darn cute to pass up. I had to choose between these or Totoro. Sorry Totoro :'( These things lasted 5 years of everyday wear before replacing needed. Even though they have holes on the back heal I can still wear them. Got the studio Ghibli just the face design this time. Good fit and quality still. Please never let the quality go down. Amazing company.

I originally bought this because the description says they are made in Korea - but today for my surprise it say they are made in China. Nothing wrong with this but I would have preferred true description before buying
