Blending the styles of sneaker and barn boot, these Sorel booties are ready to take on drizzly, gloomy days with a defined, extended tread that offers extra traction and a waterproof leather and wool upper.

Hole in Bottom
Cute boots but the item arrived with a hole in the bottom and black skid marks. Please don't sell used items as new.

I am in love with these boots!
I was worried that I was paying too much for boots, but I just loved how these looked and had been wanting some duck-style boots. I also worried they wouldn't be warm enough to run around all day in the middle of a Minnesota winter. But these boots have exceeded my expectations in all areas and I am so happy I decided to purchase them! This is my third pair of Sorel boots and I have not be disappointed in any of them.

Cute, functional, but size up
Bought these for a quick on-and-off boot for winter when I'm taking garbage out, getting mail, walking the dogs - basically all the functions people get Uggs for.I like the style, and quality out of the box looked good. The rubber sole on the heels looked neat and as advertised. (I noticed a lot of other reviews complained about this area being messy.) They seem like genuine Sorel boots. These are not quick on-and-off! Definitely have to pull them on, probably with two hands. I agree with other reviews which suggest sizing up. I got my true size (like a dummy) and the boots definitely fit, but my socks are thin and my toes are CLOSE to touching. Go up a half size minimum, full size if you want to wear thick socks.I will note that the sole feels almost rounded in a way. Don't feel the most balanced in these, but I haven't slipped yet in the couple times I've walked in icy patches. Arch support is OK, nothing bad or good worth noting. Width seems true, too, not too narrow. My feet fall on the wide side of average.Hoping they loosen up and relax a bit as they wear in. I wore them to my gym (which is a fancy storage unit type of thing) hoping my sweaty feet would break them in. So far so good! Been solid in the midwest snow and ice storms so far.

Fashion and function
Super cute and functional. I wear a 7.5 and that’s what I ordered. I have to pull them on- they don't slip on- but they fit as expected. If I wore anything thicker than a Smart Wool sock they’d be a little too snug so if you’re worried about fit, order half a size up. I love the appearance of the boot- they’re stylish but also sturdy. I ordered the gray felt andvthe mix of felt/leather/rubber looks great!

Size-Up/Camel is plus Slate (Does Not Look Navy)
Sized-up a full size (perfect fit with thicker, warm socks), and plenty of room in the toe box. Relatively light/great feel vs heavy, clunky duck boots. Only reason for four vs five stars is rigid upper boot around my ankles (which just had to break-in). The camel variety is brown and dark slate (not navy and not black) — very happy with this color scheme in-person.

Highly recommend
I baught these for a trip to Iceland to double as a hiking/rain boot and absolutely love hem! Super comfortable and kept me feet warm. I am not a huge joker so I wanted to make sure I baught a boot that would double as a winter snow boot too- they were perfect for hiking and obviously snow boots in the cold Wisconsin winter! Highly recommend!

Order a full size larger
Love the boots! I’m a size 9, I ordered a 9.5 because I like to wear thicker socks in the winter. These fit like an 8.5. But a great boot overall!

SO cute and comfy- SIZE UP
I am so glad I read the reviews and sized up, because they definitely would have been too small otherwise. I wear a 10 in other Sorel boots, and all other shoes l, but ordered a 10.5 in these and they are perfect. They are really easy to slip on one handed and keep my feet really warm. The wool part isn’t completely waterproof but I’ve worn them in fairly heavy rain and haven’t had any issues with my feet getting wet (though I don’t think they would be great for deep puddles or deep snow)

Fell apart after 8 months
I've owned Sorel boots of varying styles for years and have never had a problem before. But the quality of these boots just isn't of the same standard. First the glue at the side started to come apart, but then the whole of the heel came unattached a few weeks later. Too bad as these were probably my most useful boots. Amazon replaced them though as they failed within the first year, issues 12-24 months after purchase are dealt with by Sorel themselves. As a style I still love them though, but they do run small (and don't have the arch support of other similar styles/brands). Just don't expect them to last very long if you do decide to purchase.

Great Boots
These really are amazing Boots and they look cool too. I get away with a 7 in some wide fitting but I went for an 8 in these and they fit like a dream. Room for my feet to move and very light so they are a joy after wearing Hunters Wellies on my Dog walks for so many years. Light waterproof footwear is a must at this stage in my life and I have been searching for the right pair for a long time and these are perfect.I wear insoles also as I suffer with flat feet so I was worried this would affect the fit but it didn't at all. I brought these after having my eye on them for a long time, and of course the Boots were willing me the whole time to buy them through my Screen, I just had to give in, we're in the midst of a pandemic, the Worlds gone crazy and walking my Pooch is the high light of my life in these times so comfort is a must and I do believe with footwear you get what you pay for ;)I've done the skipping through mud and puddles, lots of off-roading and some skid/slip tests because I'm really childish for a 47 year old, and they passed with flying colours. Also, living by the Sea and getting caught out because my Pooch can't be bothered to get his ball sometimes and purposely leaves it right down at the shore and barks at me until I retrieve it myself, I can confirm they are waterproof, well, unless it's a tidal wave, in that case they'll be doomed ;)

Fantastic autumn boots (don’t buy on smaller side!)
Firstly, a warning! Do not size down in these! I take anywhere between a 40 and 42 depending on make and shoe type I needed a solid 41 in these. The 40 was far too small. On to the proper review: I bloomin’ LOVE these boots. They are comfy, perfect for rainy weather and I love their look. Totally dry feet. I’ve been wearing them in rainy but somewhat warm weather the last few days (19/20 degrees) and they do not feel too hot or sweaty. So pleased with this purchase. They have an unusual design which for a long time put me off buying them. But in the end I realised I liked that look. Probably the only negative with them is that their looks will probably divide people.

Only go up half size
I love the look of these boots. I bought a size bigger because the reviews said these boots came up small. I would suggest only going up a half size if you want to wear slightly warmer socks but not overly thick socks. I think with thin socks get your regular size. Half sizes & different styles are hard to come by in the UK, but Amazon US stock half sizes & different styles & post to the UK, so i will get a pair there.

Read this for sizing info
I have been through the pain so I hope I can help. I wear a UK6 EU39 In normal shoes. On trainers I wear a UK 6.5. I ordered a 6.5 in these Sorel boots and they pinched my toes. The UK 7 is perfect with a boot sock. I have had lots of Sorel shoes and boots and they are definitely waterproof. Enjoy but pick the right size.
