Book was cheap and not well written. Random pictures were taken off internet and printed.

Just a mish map of poor quality pictures. Disappointing

I ordered this book for my niece so that she can grow up knowing about the significance of our own Sikh holiday, Bandhi Chor Divas, opposed to merely being exposed to Diwali, which is a Hindu holiday that we do not connect with.I thought this book was going to be a story about Bandhi Chor Divas with illustrations to match the story.Unfortunately, it is not a story with a series of events as much as it is some facts about the holiday, Nagar Keertan, Miri and Piri, etc. Plus, the images aren't illustrations - they were found online and printed.I would not recommend this book.

I was hoping there would be an explanation on the strings the prisoners held on to. Other wise good

This book is very cheaply made. Pictures are copy and pasted from the internet. I've returned mine. Disappointed.
