Wholesome Natural Cane Sugar, Fair Trade, Unrefined, Non GMO & Gluten Free, 1.5 Pound (Pack of 6)

I've been buying this sugar from Amazon for a little over a year now and it has never disappointed.It works great in beverages or recipes. I use it in cookies, brownies, breads, and all sorts of things. The sugar is a light brown, and is not as sweet as white table sugar, but it has never adversely effected my recipes. The granules are larger than typical table sugar, but that too has not been an issue in baking. If I'm making a light and fluffy dessert I grind the sugar in my food processor to make it finer.The packaging is tough and resealable. I've never had any packaging issues.All in all... ethical sugar that won't disappoint.

Love this sugar!! It's cheap, organic and tasty! My only complaint is that it tastes a little "too" natural in things like cookies and cakes. For everyday use, this is highly recommended.

I just reordered this sugar its just delicious makes my coffees and teas so good I cant get enough I also love the fact that it is a fair trade product so farmers get a fair price for all of their hard work.

I have been using natural cane sugars for a while and I love them. This one is no exception! I just wish the bag could be a container instead so it’s easier to direct to my drink. Still not a big deal.

I usually buy organic cane sugar at the local grocery, and it is a finer grain than this brand. This product is fine for using in hot tea or coffee, but it is not good for baking. After baking cookies, each bite was a grainy disaster! Might as well take a handful of the sugar and crunch on it, same texture. I made some hot fudge sauce, and even though it was heated, the sauce was even a bit on the granular side. I regret that I ordered this as subscribe and save item, so received a bulk order - grainy cookies for months to come! The next time I will know to order one bag and try it before making the leap to have a large quantity shipped!

I use this just as I used to use regular white sugar. I do find that this brand of sugars tends to be a bit more moist than the regular stuff from the grocery store, but I only sometimes remember to adjust recipes and it's not really a big deal.I still wish I could buy larger packages of sugar, but at 24oz these are a step up from the 16oz packages some of the other sugars come in, so there is less packaging waste which is a bonus.

This bundle is a great economic value for a great product and it gives us a way to keep stocked easily. I highly recommend it.

I love this sugar because it is simply dried cane juice and you can use less of it because it is so sweet. Also replaces use of brown sugar.
