For someone that gets painful knots in my back, these things are amazing! Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys a good deep tissue massage because of knots in their back. These works good on my back. I can reach around and hit my spots that I need to hit. Gets the job done when no one will give you a massage.

So basically you thump them on your back as a massage. I picked one up and used it at a Asian grocery store and later that day I noticed it really worked, so I ordered the and have one as a stocking stuffer. I wear two bathrooms so I can really go for it and so it spreads the impact out

These are well built and have smaller balls than the name brand Bongers. These are even better for smaller areas of the body.

The length of this product is too short to be of any use for your back. The arm was also too flexible and would have been better if it were rigid. Have used similar products that are no longer available and this one falls short. Can't recommend.
