Can i buy just tires for my ausum trailer

Firstly, I would try looking for tires for your awesome trailer instead of bike seats.

For the front carrier, I have a brake cable running down the frame of my bike where the mount is to be installed. Will it still work?

I don’t think so. It wouldn’t work on my mountain bike because of this . It clamps on the frame tightly, which is why we had to put it on my wife’s cruiser bike.
